I liked the hotel because it is close to the airport. I also liked the shuttle bus service that takes you to the outlets, to Narita town and also takes you to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the hotel crew is very friendly.

There’s nothing to do here, but we got off the flight and we’re tired so booked it. The front desk ppl don’t know English at all and get upset when I would try and speak Japanese taking out their translators rudely. The room was a good size, there is a store inside but closes early, there was a money exchange machine in tbe hotel which charge more but in a pinch was good. There is restaurant but we didn’t eat there and a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Ok for one night but very steep on price. So many rooms and you have to walk a mile just to get to elevator and microwave is inside the convenience store on the lobby floor which was quite embarrassing walking in your ojs. We preferred Narita Gateway Hotel.

The AC was not working and i was informed to just open the window. Since we were so close to the airport, the planes flying overhead made it extremely loud and difficult to sleep.

We spent only 1 night because it was close to Narita and we had an early morning flight the next day. The biggest advantage is the airport shuttle service. The room was clean but the common areas were alright (foul odors in some places). The convenience store downstairs is good, but with limited selection. I'd only stay here in a pinch, next time.

The hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. They offer shuttle to and from the Narita airport which is super convenient. The rate for our room was also inexpensive, and the room was quite nice. They also have a convenience store in the lobby if you get hungry.

Hotel cery tired eg v old fashioned bathroom. No bar, no restaurant only a lukewarm very Japanese buffet. Staff not helpful, no sense of service. Absolutely vast place and totally characterless. Shuttle to airport howrver worked well.
