Well placed close to Narita airport with regular free bus back and forwards. A little dated but nice and clean. Would have been quite elegant when first built. Excellent value for money.

Indifferent service

Was woken up by a noisy tour group checking in at 10+pm, called front desk hoping for some assistance, but was greeted with an indifferent response. Appalled they could allow other guests to be disturbed at such late timings, with an early morning flight to catch. Guess their priority is in group bookings hence the comfort and welfare of other guests are secondary.
