Tobu Airport Hotel

I found the staff at the Narita Tobu Hotel to be very friendly, and the rooms were clean with a great breakfast variety. Although our room could use a bit of a renovation, the beds were quite comfortable. My only small suggestion would be to swap out the two tiny pillows for two regular-sized ones.

Great room with very comfortable beds and breakfast buffet was a must. However the pool was an extra charge and the hours were terrible to use it. Also the supper meal at the hotel was SO expensive but there were no other options.

Good for what was needed! Which was an affordable stay close to the Incheon airport. Shuttle bus to the airport left every half hour. Staff was ready and prepared for a busload of people checking in every half hour. Efficient and quick, minimal wait time to check in.
