A good choice families arriving into or leaving from Narita airport. It was easy to get the shuttle bus to and from the airport. The breakfast was great for our first jet-lagged morning in Japan. We also made use of room service which was very welcome.

The hotel's convenient location near the airport, complete with a complimentary shuttle bus service, was a definite plus. While the property shows its age and could benefit from more thorough cleaning, it met my expectations given the price. Restaurant prices are comparable to other tourist areas; however, more affordable options can be found at local shops or the airport.

It was a beautiful hotel with lots of great facilities including laundry and a convenience store and free airport shuttle running every 20-30 minutes. The room was very large and clean and we had a great stay.
