Nice hotel, good breakfast (extra cost), comfortable beds and close to the train station. They offer limited shuttle service to the airport, requires reservations in advance. The only negative, a big one for us was that the train station shuts down the escalators at 11 pm. How is a person on crutches and their travel companion carrying 2 sets of luggage supposed navigate all those stairs to get to the other side of the tracks where the hotel is located ? The taxi was going to refuse my fare because the hotel is so close, but relented when he saw the crutches.

Stayed at Richmond Hotel Narita for one night to prepare for our flight out nearby the airport the next day. We appreciated the easy check in, complimentary amenities bar and the accommodation of our request for a higher floor room at the end of the hall. Our stay was amazingly quiet after a long flight for much needed rest! The room was very basic with a dated small bathroom, however the space was very clean. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to Narita Airport, however the run times are not early and can be limited. We ended up walking a few minutes to the nearby train / metro station that takes you directly to the airport. Overall, great stay in a quiet town and perfect if you’re just passing through for a short stay. Note, the hotel is only a three minute walk from the Keisei-Narita Station (very convenient)!

I choose a hotel with a shuttle to airport. This hotel is 30 minutes by car from airport. They only offer shuttle for limited times ( one per hour) and limited space. When I got there they had no room on the shuttle except for 6 and 7 am. My flight was at 12:45. So I cancelled and went to a hotel that still had room for the shuttle at normal hours.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Family-Friendly

I had a great experience staying at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The baby crib provided in the room was very comfortable and made our stay much easier as a family. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the JR station, with convenience stores and a variety of restaurants nearby. It was so easy to get around and find everything we needed. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle, which made departing stress-free. Another big plus was the laundry room. Even for a short stay, it was incredibly convenient because we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. It gave us more flexibility and saved luggage space. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful after 12 hours of flying!

This is my hotel of choice when arriving in the evening from overseas at Narita Airport. As with all the Richmond hotels I’ve stayed in it’s comfortable and quiet and conveniently located for public transport. The breakfast is great too.
