The price was excellent. The breakfast was great. Quite a variety. The connection to the airport was excellent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was very firm and not comfortable.

Shuttle service is on time. Reasonable breakfast. Checkout time 10:00am a bit of early as most hotel checkout at 11:00am and honor late checkout. But this one will charge ¥1000 if you request late checkout.

It is a simple, yet efficiently designed room that will satisfy all basic needs. The breakfast is truly a blessing. We are healthy eaters and basically that means, we require more vegetable options to satisfy our microbes; this breakfast surprisingly delivers that satisfaction. Will absolutely be a repeating customer if I have to stay near Narita airport. Also, bus shuttle timing is simply awesome.
