The hotel was great, and most of the staff was friendly. However, when we requested a 20% discount on food that Expedia had offered, the staff mysteriously forgot about it, which dampened our trip.

Rooms are huge, quiet, and in a great location.

The room was perfect! The hotel staff and owner were so kind and very attentive. Their breakfast was really nice and they made sure you had fresh eggs if you wanted them. I found Villa Duse as one of the best places we stayed in Italy. It is a little off the beaten path but that is what made it so charming!
