My stay for 2 nights was good, for others could be not. Out of all lights in the room only 1 worked, tv didnt work or at least connect with the cable, bathroom was decent and overall cleanliness was good. The hotel felt very vacant like i was the only one there and everytime i got on the elevator i prayed it didnt break although it was checked a couple of months before my stay.

Gotta love the beach!!!
The hotel is undergoing remodeling so a lot of their amenities were not available; however, most of the staff were extremely helpful and really personable. It was a good stay. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Location was excellent. The pool and hot tub both cold and rundown. The room small the so called balcony was small no chairs. The staff didn't respond to requests and cleaning staff didn't remove garbage or replace toilet paper. The view from roof deck was amazing and we could walk to so really great restaurants.

Great place, is my second time staying there. The only things I would change are the small TVs, the bedsheets and the shower tub had somw hair when we arrived but those are small things. Staff is very friendly and welcoming

It feels kind of old and not well maintained, but the staff was nice. The pool pump wasn’t working, so that was gross, there’s no restaurant, but they have coffee and tea for the morning. It’s a good location but very no frills.

The first day we were there, a male knocked on our door and said we had to go downstairs to verify our stay and room. This was reasonable as sometimes there could be confusion. However later that evening, We had someone barge in to our room at 10pm at night. I was at the restaurant next door with extended family. My wife and baby were sleeping and woke up to a women and male standing in the middle of the room. They left immediately. My wife immediately jumped out of bed to to protect our baby from any danger. As I ran over to the room I verified with the front desk that the manager was the person who went in to our room in the middle of the night. This could have ended up in a bad situation. And someone could've gotten hurt. After confronting the manager, it was clear that she was intoxicated and was acting erratic rather than apologizing for the trauma created. She claimed the white noise machine we used for our baby sounded like TV static that she wanted to check on in the room. It's 2024! No TV has static anymore. I know the hotel gets the last response here in comments and we can not say anything after their response has been written but it's clear there is something wrong with the management of this facility. I'm glad no one got hurt and that my family was safe.

Perfect location
The weather was terrible but great location with a great view of the beach and ocean Within walking distance to great seafood restaurants and ice cold beers. Also a fresh deli and breakfast/ coffee shop right across the street!

Very old
The hotel is very old and in need of updating. The rooms smell, the carpet and decor is very old and there isn’t enough staff. The one positive is the location. I’m sure years ago this place was awesome and can be again but money needs to be invested into this property.

This hotel is dated and needs a maintenance person: TV and safe in room don't work; swimming pool has sand/dirty; extremely noisy people on the same floor and above room after hours. Bizarre - our room door's lock latch (swing) closed when we left the room; couldn't get back in. Ashley at front desk is the only good part about this hotel She found a drawstring to help us open it. Took an hour! The good thing about this hotel location is that it's next to a superb restaurant, Celeste. Do give a good rating for nice towels and pillows. Bath products seem old. Afterall, we will not return to this hotel with its high price and low quality.

My husband I stayed for two nights and it will be the last time. The lobby is great however beyond that is a different story. We arrived in the room and there was “what appeared to be “Cheerio’s along the base of the bureau, light bulbs were missing, and some other guest belongings in the closet. When I went to wipe water off the floor in the bathroom, the towel was brown. The first night the fire alarm went off at 12:30am. The 2nd night we came back from dinner and upon entering the lobby, a very potent stench of what I believe was marijuana permeated the lobby area. The staff were very nice upon check in and out. Didn’t have much interaction with them. I normally don’t write reviews however for the price you are paying, I would have expected the room to clean.
