We chose this hotel because of the price, cleanliness, and location. Unfortunately, we came after dark and did not enjoy the beach across the street. The next morning wind and rain storm and put the power out as we were getting packed to leave. very friendly staff and cute lobby with a little breakfast. It meant all of our needs. would love to come back in the summer.

With this motel it's all about the location. Being directly across from the beach can't be beat! My husband and I both found the bed to be too high and to hard. I'm 5'6" and he's 5'11" and it wa a literal hop up to get into the bed. I suppose the firmness is personal preference but we both achy and stiff from tying to sleep on the rock hard mattress. Besides that, the grab and go breakfast was great. The check in and check out process was great. Oh, one other thing. We called around noon to see if our room was ready and were told yes, it was ready but there would be a $20 early check in fee if we came in before 3pm. When I questioned that I was told that she was giving us a break. The usual early check in fee was $35. We decided to go spend the $20 on lunch instead. We did not request an early check in. If we had I could understand the fee but with the room already good to go, why the fee? Overall, I love this motel because of it's location and will definately be back!

I had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable & basic. The location is great, across from the beach. My room was on an alley between the motel & its restaurant. The soda machines were out of order though the receptionist could access drinks upstairs. A reasonably priced ideally located motel on a truly beautiful seashore.

At check out, my door was locked before 11 am checkout time and had to go to office to get in room get my belongings. I had paid a reasonable fee to stay overnight and was there less than twelve hours. Don’t like that kind of service!
