We checked in and checked out. I was traveling with my two daughters and immediately felt uneasy. The lobby was hot, and had a not pleasant smell. It didn’t appear clean. We got on the elevator and it smelled of smoke from vape/drugs. Our room also had a terrible smell. We had an event to get to so we left and never went back. There is no way I was going to spend the night with my daughters in that hotel. I would appreciate a refund.

This property was conveniently located right off the highway while traveling through Nashville and was dog friendly, however, was completely bare bones. Barely enough towels, no bar or any soap by the sink. Needed a few extra electrical outlets and a mirror in the main sleeping area as well. Lobby was up for grabs when we got there because of a convention, which was a little overwhelming probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Floor in room needs cleaning, bathroom sink was clogged and no maintenance onsite or on call to repair, toilet not flushing properly, there was no one at guest services desk for extended periods of time, Terrible stay, will not return. I requested a call from management but they ignored my request I do not recommend this hotel. I think the good reviews are false.

Clean, nice and pleasant. Would stay there again. Extra treats at front desk for our dog wasnt necessary but a nice touch. Close to Trader Joe’s!
