I was placed in a handicapped room for no reason, I asked for a regular suite and was told no. I made the reservation about two weeks out, Felt like the shower was prison like with a plastic chair in it. Hotel was very noisy as well.

Not a comfortable hotel stay

Poor stay. First, the lobby is loud and busy with people playing pool and partying. The toilets are very low to the ground (not comfortable for a tall person), and they don'tflush with enough power. The shower doesn't have a shelf to put your own bottles on. The shower also had hard water. Guests have to pay for parking. The pillows on the bed are twin size and very flat. The hotel is not soundproof from the interstate traffic. The breakfast is NOT complementary (it is a la carte, and overpriced for each item). Pros: decent workout room, outdoor space, and fun lobby for kids/teens.

Wasn’t able to check in on time due to the room not being ready, no wash cloths only towels in the room. People were partying and you could smell pot very loudly. Which shouldn’t be allowed when there’s a group of teenage girl volleyball players and their families staying there.
