This hotel is located virtually at the end of the runway for Nashville Int'l Airport. The noise from the jets was horrible, it vibrated the walls.

The desk clerks were helpful and friendly. We were able to walk next door to the Cambria for dinner which we all enjoyed. The shuttle to the airport was timely and easy, and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby.

Overall the staff was awesome. The property was very clean. Proximity to the airport was close. I chose this specifically for the airport shuttle, and when I called to book my shuttle, they informed me that they did not run during the hours I needed when my flight landed. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but I’m 7 months pregnant & really needed them to post their hours instead of finding out the unfortunate way. They also lacked communication amongst staff. I called the front desk prior to arrival and asked for a late checkout. The front desk lady was so kind and put a note. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk worker again, and I watched him input it. At 11am, I had multiple calls to my cellular and the room phone, and house keeping knocking on my door. The lack of communication was a bit irritating. Overall minor issues for a nice stay, but they definitely can improve.

Absolutely clean property, clean rooms, friendly service. Only gave 4 out of 5 due to it being at the end of the BNA airport runway, this made it a bit difficult to sleep in certain hours due to planes taking off. Definitely was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in.
