Nice and new but a few issues

Nice new hotel. However there are no closets or dressers just a shelf and some hooks and hangers so ok for a short stay. Also, they will replace towels and take garbage each day but will only make the bed after 3 days. Not good.

Terrible odor in our room. We asked to change rooms, but they were all booked. We were told that they would bring us room odorizers and reduce our charge for the room. We never got any odorizers and as of right now, I charge has not been reduced.

Over all is good!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly! The only complain is the air conditioning in the room is super loud! Also it’s close to a major road. It’s hard to fall asleep with a lot noises!
