Everything was great except that as part of our reservation we were supposed to receive 1 free beverage per person. We were told at check-in that they were out of the tokens at the desk but that they may be in the room. They weren't in the room. The front desk then told us that they wouldn't be able to do anything until the next day (Monday) when the manager was there. When we checked out Monday morning we mentioned not getting the drinks to the employee at the desk but she wasn't able to help. I think what made it tricky is that at check-in we were told that the bar/restaurant area is a separate entity from the lodging.

We always stay here when we go to Nashville now. Super modern, super easy checkin/checkout. The cutest “hotel”. It’s more of an apartment with all of the utensils etc you would need!

My code did not work for entry to my floor using the stairwell. Parking is an issue. The Murphy bed did not stay in place stowed for use of the couch. Overall a nice place to stay. It is very clean and updated. With in walking distance of local bars and a great pizza joint.

Massive room (a full 1BR apartment) & convenient!

Excellent facility and convenient location. I used Lyft, so parking wasn't an issue. The room was massive - a full 1-BR apartment. I was on the quiet side of the hotel (the other side faces train tracks) and really enjoyed the room. The only issue I had was the little store -- a cooler was leaking and it was not only messy, but the way the caution cones were marked let me to literally walk into a glass door that appeared to be the entry way! OUCH.

My 6 year old and I stayed here after a Nashville SC game and it was perfect! It’s much homier than a hotel room, and comes with anything and everything you could think to need. We will definitely be back and I plan to use placemakr instead of hotels whenever I get the opportunity.

This is more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room was nice. The hotel minimart is a bit lacking but there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Placemakr was a very newage industrial property. Every room had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a very nice park across the street which was great to walk my dog. Just a 5 minute drive from broadway. I used lyft everytime and my highest ride was $12. Will definitely look to book with them on my next trip

We chose to stay here for proximity to SoHo House, which was wonderful, but found we needed to pay for transportation elsewhere. The bed was slightly uncomfortable; however, the quiet of the evening was wonderful! I loved the added amenities like the washer & dryer as well as the kitchen.
