Room was cool and modern. Shower was very low water pressure, could have used a comfy chair, bed was ok but not super comfortable. Worst thing were the other guests around us that partied until 2 am!

Check-in took a little longer than expected, and the staff could have been more welcoming. There were no towels or toothbrushes provided in the room, so I recommend bringing your own if you plan to stay here. The price felt a bit high, but the location was very convenient.

Want to love the place but …..
Was told I would receive check in info by text and checkin time was 4 pm. Never received a text but went into lobby at 4:10 to see many people also waiting to check in. Was told housekeeping was behind. Was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room at no cost because I was only there for one night. I did have a service puppy with me and listed that info when reserving the room- not a pet - yet corporate office sent me an email about their Pet policy which I acknowledged. When I checked in, the lovely lady said she wasn’t going to charge me because she saw the vest but she did take my credit card for incidentals. Next day, when I left, I checked my charges and I was charged for a pet cleaning fee!! I did email and Joy was quick to respond that they saw the notation and were going to refund the charge but would take 3-5 days. I checked out at 7 am before the Check Out emails went out to those of us leaving. When I went to the lobby, the computer wasn’t up and running yet but the gentleman at the desk took my room number and said he’s put it into the system when everything was running. At 10 am, while I was driving the last 400 miles of my trip, I got a text with check out instructions. What?!! Loved the location. Loved the room. They charge for parking which isn’t noted on their listing but there’s lots of street parking. The booking is NON REFUNDABLE so make sure you don’t need to make any changes.

Modern building next to the train tracks (earplugs provided). Access to the building, your floor, your unit and the gym is by code with key pad. The room is small but laundry and well stocked kitchen is incredibly convenient.

Dangerous place to stay...
Couldn't have have a worse experience. Noisy and unclean, very dangerous place at night. We woke to discover both our vehicles were broken into. Glass shattered everywhere. Many items stolen in what they called their secure parking. It cost us over 1500 to repair all the glass. Not to mention the emotional stress of the violation.

Nice, but too new-fangled
It's a nice place for young, tech-saavy folks, but not for older people who just want to turn on an old-school -- not smart -- TV and relax into a comfortable chair and bed. There's codes instead of keys and an annoying amount of text communication.

Cute 1 bedroom apartment
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, and it was spotless and the bed was comfy. Super easy to check in, very friendly staff and when I inquired about parking an extra day (we weren’t leaving town until 11 pm and check out was 11am), the manager comped my parking fee. There’s a Japanese restaurant on the first floor and small coffee shop that also sells sunrises. We will definitely book here again for our next Nashville trip!
