Great place to stay. All the amenities of home (fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, kitchen sink) all in your own unit….not to mention cups/dishes, frying pans, cutlery, dish soap, etc. Probably the best stay we’ve ever had compared to any traditional hotel. Would definitely stay again

Not what it used to be, but still pretty okay
This is our fifth stay at the property. Becoming more and more non contact, which I’m not certain that I prefer. But I’m old. Some things in my room getting a bit shopworn. Handle to the dishwasher missing screws. Toilet paper holder falling apart multiple times. Still, a great value to be this close to downtown BNA.

I had a fantastic stay, everyone was lovely. I will add that it was a lot more expensive through hotel.com and to book directly through the hotels website. Hotel.com customer service is the worst experience in my life and I’ll never book through them again.
