Overall Good Experience

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower and lots of hot water. The hotel is located in a very busy spot. There are many nearby restaurants and other service venues. Outside noise was a constant. Perhaps keeping with the Music City vibe, someone played music well into the night on both nights that we were there. No guest laundry. The pool was outdoors and not in service. No hot tub either. We would stay there in the future, as it was a good value.

Great for one night

Motel was clean and updated. Super friendly staff. Only concern was that I was not aware it was a motel style. I usually do not choose this style when traveling alone. The only indicator was one photo where the doors to the outside are visible if you zoom in. Only complaint.

The BEST Staff

We just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long concert at Bridgestone. The bed was comfortable. The heating actually worked correctly and the water was warm in the shower. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the gem of this hotel is not the comfort, cleanliness, or any amenities they might provide. It is the people. The young man who checked me in was so kind. We met one of the housekeepers as we were leaving, he was kind. And the young woman who I returned our entry card to was very kind. Ten stars for the staff! Thank you. That seems rare today.

nice motel

Franklin inn is nice remodeled economy hotel. Breakfast was typical. Location was excellent close to Publix and restaurants. Room was small but comfortable. Rooms faced the parking lot (no interior hallway) and 2 stories with no elevator.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They graciously accommodated our request for a ground floor room.Our room was fresh smelling and clean. The big walk in shower was perfect, the best we have ever had in any hotel, and we have stayed in many that were much higher priced.The breakfast was wonderful all of the 3 days that we were there. Always had biscuit, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, various cereals, milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, bread, bagels muffins, automatic pancake maker, fresh whole apples and oranges. We were thrilled with the variety and quality of the food. I can't imagine anyone wanting anything more. I would stay again anytime I go through Nashville!
