The staff was excellent. They really were responsive, friendly and polite. Breakfast was a highlight (do the coffee machine instead of the one made by the kitchen though). HOWEVER, they had every other day cleaning of the room! No thank you. Additionally, they're currently still renovating, no dust or grime but whomever is renovating is doing a poor job at it (paint where paint shouldn't be, seems visible and bathroom bar to stabilize you in tub already falling apart). Additionally, no hair dryer in the room (staff immediately brought one up when asked) and the Television only turned on and stayed on one channel. To be fair they did offer to change our room based on the TV issue the first night (staff awesome) but we were too tired and had unpacked our belongings already. We decided to just let it be and they offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience (really don't know if I receive that honestly). Hopefully they get the kinks out soon because it right across from tangers outlets and its worth the stay with what they are doing well.

Super clean facilities. Saturday morning breakfast was so-so. Most of the food was nearly gone and no gravy at all.nor yogurt. Sunday breakfast was much better.well stocked.

The place was being renovated, plastic on the floors in the hallways, carpet cut around the bed, I guess where the bed was replaced but they didn't want to change the floors so just cut the carpet around the bed..there were signs up about renovations but only ever saw 1 person working in the whole hotel..nobody renovating. The room had basic cable, no streaming which was lame. Also the area of town this hotel is in was scary. Homeless people screaming at night..and everywhere around the hotel. Someone had caught the grass on fire down the street. Just a rough area. Would not recommend staying here or in this area.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was missing the hairdryer. Called front desk, talked to night attendant, but they did not deliver. Next day, after breakfast, talked again and they did deliver. Other than that snafoo it was a good stay.

This property is undergoing renovations and there is no note anywhere ref this when booking. The pool was closed. The light in the gym didn't work. Ice machine on our floor not working. Only a portion of the parking lot was available due to resurfacing. Building materials (carpet/trim) stored in hallways. Plastic covering carpet. Coffee area dirty and water not refilled. There didn't seem to be any price reduction due to renovations. We were very underwhelmed.
