We stayed at the Best Western over the weekend to attend the Nascar race at Nashville Super Speedway. Even though the hotel is near a busy road you didn't notice that at all as the rooms overlooked the back of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern and the breakfast area was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful too.

When I entered my room to hang up my clothes . I found 2 open empty beer bowls next to the safe on the closet floor. Housekeeping did not clean my room had to ask for fresh towels and for the use ones to be taking away . Was awakened but hammering from the hotel being under construction

They are in the middle of a renovation and it smelled it was dusty and renovation tools and material were everywhere. I would never allow guest to pay that amount of money for a hotel that was being renovated

Newly being refurbished! Comfort for longer stays

Though the hotel was undergoing renovations, the room seemed newly outfitted and was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was a huge help during this longer trip. The staff in all areas were extremely helpful and accommodating our irregular schedule. And the location, while right on the highway, was not loud and was very convenient to get in town or down to Murfreesboro.

This hotel was built in 2023 and is in good condition. The even numbered rooms face a train track where there are trains nightly which will probably wake light sleepers. The odd numbered rooms face the expressway where road noise can wake light sleepers. Fortunately, the rooms have an HVAC thermostat where the fan can be selected from "auto" to "on" for masking noise. The rooms were clean and nice. The lights were cool white LED (5000K) with low CRI, so the lighting was stark. Of 4 people with 2 rooms over 2 nights, 3 had a good experience, and 1 had an awful experience. The person with the awful experience said their bed had a double dip, was uncomfortable, noisy, and they woke up with bug bites that weren't there before going to sleep. The included morning breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, a meat (sausage one morning and chicken fried steak the next), mini southern style biscuits, potatoes, cereal, bread, bagels, juices, coffee (decaf & regular), waffles, fruits, and more. I would stay there again.

Not what expected

Arrived at easy to access location and outside and lobby looked clean and very well taken care of. Worker at desk barely spoke loud enough to hear but was friendly. After checking in and charging my card for room and holding fee(fully returning at checkout) she then told me that there is a small inconvenience with hotel room location but room was fine. Put us on 4th floor which was undergoing a complete remodel. Elevator door opens to 4th floor and sheeteock dust EVERYWHERE in hall way and random furniture under plastic. Carpet was completely covered in dust and hallway was extremely humid and hot. Get to ONLY room available for use on 4th floor and opened door. Room was rather clean but air didn’t work very well and was 2 doubles instead of queen beds. After diner and picking family up at airport we returned and was time for bed. The location on the side we stayed on was extremely loud due to location to interstate and could not sleep. Room never cooled down enough and lights from parking lot come around window shadw that were just a bit smaller than the window. After a restless night we went for breakfast which was extremely nice. Parking was easy and close. Was very disappointed in this stay considering the work being done.
