Roaches in our already dirty room!
We go into our room and always check for bugs first thing. Opened the coffee pot lid and there were ROACHES in there! On top of a dirty sock under the table and a floor that has not been vacuumed in quite some time. Immediately go down to front desk. Their solution was to move us to the room next door. I said that’s not good enough as roaches travel through walls so they said they would move us floors.. to the room directly above. I asked for a refund and was told no they can’t do that. Zero accommodation for something not in my control! So disgusted!

We were coming in off the road and very tired. I had book the room for the wrong dates so the night clerk / manager helped me get in touch with an Expedia rep. ( which up charged me as much as he possibly could) we eventually got that reservation resolved with the help of the hotel manager. The Expedia rep was very rude and gave me false information. However, once again the hotel night manager was very helpful, kind and accommodating!! The room was very clean!! I give this property a 10 out of 10 in all areas!! We will definitely be repeat guest since it’s on our route to our son’s house in Virginia!!!

The building is very nice. Check in and out was very easy. The cleaning between guest definitely needs to be more throughout. I had to pull the bed away from the wall to retrieve my headphones and found an old chicken wing. The interstate runs directly behind it, so pack earplugs or the sound of semi trucks jake brakes will keep you awake. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were told by multiple locals and Uber drivers not to walk around the area, especially after dark. Overall definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but it could use some improvements.

Away from Broadway which was nice, but neighborhood was a little rougher which is to be expected for the price. Easy to get to different places in the area. Breakfast options were good each morning.
