The staff was very professional but also very personable and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was always hot and delicious. The rooms were clean and welcoming. My only issue was the fact that the 2nd floor ice maker was broken and I had to go downstairs for ice.

The property and management were good. We stayed in room 218 on the second floor, and unfortunately our TV didn’t work. Aside from that, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly.

Would not recommend staying there unless you are on a very tight budget and have no other options. When I walked into my room, it was musty. I pulled the bed to plug in a medical equipment, I do not think anyone had cleaned behind that bed for years. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk to give me another room, the second room was not better. He proposed a third room, which was still musty, but a tad bit better. However, when I walked into the shower there was a large bug in the tub. I asked if I could simply get a refund, of course, it was through expedia and I was told nothing could be done about it. My guests were loud, and when I talked to front desk, I was told "they must be drunk". Could also smell them smoking marijuana, something I preferred not inhaling for health reasons. Overall cannot recommend it.

This hotel was reasonably priced. Facility was clean, amenities were ok and the staff were super friendly. However, I did not like that the two protein sources in the included breakfast were pork sausages and artificial eggs, things I don’t eat. If I knew that before booking I wouldn’t go there.

Everyone suggested I cancel my reservation, was glad i didn't, this hotel was convenient to Nashville and Opryland by minutes and very quiet. Breakfast was great and the room was everything we needed. Pool area was great for the kids too. Wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable and bug-free, but the entire room smelled like mildew and was very humid. I found mold behind one of the outlet covers.The only way to combat the smell and humidity was to turn the AC down low with the fan constantly on. There is not a fan in the bathroom. Housekeeping did a decent job of picking up trash and replacing towels, but not vaccuuming or cleaning the rooms. There were blood stains on the blackout curtains. The lobby was about the same level of cleanliness. The floors were so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor with every step. As far as amenities go, I was not impressed. The elevators worked on and off, plus had an inspection that expired in 2023. There are washers and dryers downstairs, but they take your change and then don't work. I put $3 in the dryer and when I told the staff, they wanted me to call the equipment company to get my money back. Furthermore, anyone who needs change has to go across four busy lanes of traffic in a dangerous area because the hotel does not accept or give out cash of any sort. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. They cheaped out in the worst ways possible.
