I had a pleasant stay at Bluegreen Downtown Nashville. The property was clean, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and they kindly held our luggage, which they also did after checkout until it was time for us to head to the airport—a thoughtful touch that made our trip more convenient. The location is fantastic, just steps away from Printer’s Alley and a very short walk to Broadway, which made exploring downtown a breeze. However, there is some ongoing work at the building next door, and the two dumpsters sitting in front of the hotel were a bit of an eyesore. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel with great customer service, I’d recommend staying here.

I loved this place. The location alone is worth it. I walked everywhere I needed to be. Drving in Nashville is ridiculous. The room was amazing! Huge for 1 person. The shower was incredible. Definitely will be staying there again next time I am in town.

This was not as advertised. Supposed to be a 2 bedroon suite with 2 bathrooms. Instead just 2 separate normal rooms. No carpet No lobby at all. No parking. Just valet and expensive. Didnt stay we left to another hotel.

Seemed like a pop-up hotel, however Very cool architecture! Under construction, Minimal amenities, no on-site parking. Staff didn’t even have access to a printer to get me a receipt and their body wash was “on back-order”. Great location for site-seeing on Broadway. However, after arriving we saw many options for superior lodging. Not horrible, but likely wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown, close to Printers Alley. Nice staff, helpful recommendations and discounts. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Property is limited frills, but water refill in lobby plus coffee (also in room, where they left enough for my full stay).

Very few amenities but an overall nice, clean and safe stay. Centrally located and Printer's Alley less than a two minute walk. Excellent staff who were friendly and very understanding on my oversleeping on day of check out. Perfect all day restaurant, grill and dinner serving next door.

This hotel was close enough to Broadway to easily walk to all the bars and action. Housekeeping is extra which we didn't think was right. It should just be part of the cost you already pay for a night's stay. We did like the hot coffee/chocolate machine in the lobby which we used every morning.

Great stay, great location, excellent staff. Only issue is with the internet… it is a bit hit and miss. Not a deal breaker for us though. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room but again not a deal breaker as there are some you can access.

The hotel was an old bank. There were only 7 rooms per floor. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, amazing shower, and just a few blocks from music row Broadway. The staff were so friendly and they held my luggage during checkout until we needed to leave.
