Convenient to Broadway but several homeless people up and down the block. Building was quiet other than some construction during the day.

The hotel is very basic. There are little amenities. No pool, no place I could see to relax other than your room. Room cleaning is not included and must be arranged and paid for. Ice machines, water and microwaves are on different floors for you inconvenience. The hotel is located around the corner from Printers Alley and is an easy walk to Broadway.

Average stay. Been to Nashville a few times for long weekends and i think there are a lot better places to stay for a better overall price/service/cleanliness. BTW - “priority” check in means 3:45 (I wouldn’t have cared to check in at 4 if they didn’t make it seem like a priority check in meant that we were actually going to be able to get a room at a decent earlier time - like don’t have it if you don’t mean it) and they knock on your door at 9:45 for housekeeping on your check out date. Probably wouldn’t return.

TV did not work on about a third of the channels. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known. I was told I would hear from a Manager. A week later I have not hear from him / her. Maintenance guy tried hard to resolve the issues.
