Location, location, location! Nice room, not superior but met our needs. Friendly staff. Spent time at the hotel Indigo next door, they have a bar and nicer lobby.

Great downtown gem
Great location, clean and comfy, fridge and safe in room, microwave on other levels, keurig coffee in room and better cappuccino/espresso machine in lobby in the morning. Room could use extra towel racks and better outlets but overall excellent value within walking distance to printers alley and broadway nightlife.

Hotel.com is AWFUL
Hotels.com has been absolutely awful to work with. The hotel has been kind and gracious and offered to refund us due to the unprecedented hurricane that made traveling to TN impossible. But nope, hotels.com would not agree to refund us. They lied. Said they’d follow up and get back to me and never did. Thank you to the actual hotel staff that had compassion. Will never use Hotels.com again.

Clean spacious room close to main strip of Broadwa
Came to Nashville for a conference and this hotel was an easy 5-7 minute walk away to the main strip/Broadway area and right across the corner from Printer's Alley. The room was excellent - king side bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom had a large and clean shower as well. The staff at the lobby were friendly. The only drawbacks were no breakfast available and limited hours for coffee bar - for the price of a hotel like this, I would expect there to be complimentary breakfast/coffee at least. But overall enjoyed our stay!

I was skeptical based on a lot of review's, but decided to give it a shot. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer and accommodating. Yes, the hotel is older, but it was clean and had the basic amenities needed to basically just sleep there. I would definitely recommend. The walk to Broadway is super easy!

It was a great and quiet place to stay. Only has Valet parking. It’s a time share property but we had no issues. Extremely clean and quiet. We were even by the elevators and heard nothing. Would recommend. Had a coffee pot and refrigerator. No onsite place to eat. But being in Nashville…. Tons of places around the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful. My sister forgot to pack her charger and they gave us one to use for the weekend. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay at Bluegreen Downtown this past weekend! The location was fantastic & so close to Broadway. Staff was extremely helpful & gave great dining/activity recommendations as well. The property and its surrounding area was a bit loud/crowded due to ongoing construction, but overall we had a great experience & would absolutely stay here again!

We went for the football game, the proximity to the stadium was very convenient, it was a short walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurant options in the vicinity. The staff were all super nice and friendly. Overall the area was safe and quiet.
