Hotel has a nice vibe and the checkin folks were great. Our challenge was we asked two different times to get hangers and never got any. The WiFi is super slow. There are no hooks anywhere to hang towels or clothes and the water at full heat is just past warm. Never hot. Which given the are the open style showers stinks cuz it’s even more cold to stand there.

The rooms are spacious but service is lacking. They offer morning coffee, one cup and served at room temp. Room service limited and don’t bother them 30min to closing (10pm) as they are rude and claim they have nothing.

Great hotel in downtown Nashville. Across the street from the Arcade shopping area and Printers Alley is immediately behind the hotel. Walk down it to Broadway and enjoy the best of Nashville. The hotel is swanky and cool. Great decor throughout.

Our stay was wonderful. The Bobby is beautiful and they think of every detail. The service is amazing. We have decided that this will be our hotel from now on when we stop in Nashville. Absolutely fantastic.
