Coolest hotel! Rethemed apartment complex. The rooms were cozy and clean and the little kitchen was perfect. The rooms were only accessible through coded gates and codes on the doors so no keys needed. We were within walking distance to Broadway but the only downside was the noisy street. Lots of horns honking and LOTS of sirens. We did have a balcony and were able to see the amphitheater who was hosting Benson Boone one of the nights and it was cool to be able to hear him from our room. It’s shame they also charged parking $35 a day. Why isn’t 1 vehicle included with your room??

I got there a bit early - room was ready but I needed to pay additional $40 to check in early. If the room is ready why don’t I need to pay extra ? I didnt understand the logic to the extra cost. Hotel is also not too privacy and noisy

We have stayed at this property before and were excited to return. However, a couple service related disappointments. We booked two rooms, yet the rooms assigned were on complete opposite ends of the hotel. There was a pre-check in option provided yet when we completed it, this did not simplify or streamline the check in process. The check in area is also a coffee shop, which is not a good model or customer experience. The barista was performing multiple rolls, and none of them well or with any sense of urgency. There were several patrons in the coffee shop either waiting on check in information or their coffee order. Everyone was clearly unhappy and in the same boat. Interestingly this had no effect on the staff. Once our key codes were given, the codes didn’t work, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but in this case it forced us to start the whole process again. With that being said, the rooms were great, aside from a slight musty smell. Location is great and very walkable. Most likely I wouldn’t book this hotel again because of the awful service experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the adjoining door between. our room and another. You could see light beneath the doors, so some sort of door sweep should be installed.

Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable. Their Premium Suite that we stayed in had 3 rooms all with king size beds, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen, large island for dining and a separate sitting area. Great city views from the balcony and about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Great for family gatherings. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Easy check in/out

Nice layout, we had a two bedroom and it was plenty spacious. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Space was clean. Bathroom tub/shower area could use an update as well as the sofa. Great parking area that security patrols, feels safe. Easy to check in/out all via email and text. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Nice place for the cost

Liked everything about it. Great staff, very nice bed, very spacious. It's walkable to Broadway bars and close to nice restaurants. Onsite parking was $40 and worth it imo. Small cafe & bar on site. Very convenient. I will stay here again when in Nashville.

The room was clean, bright and welcoming, the whole facility was easy to use and wonderful to look at. The bed was comfortable and clean too. We loved that there was cornhole and giant jenga outside. They have film nights outside sometimes too!
