The property was under construction. The room was clean however it was very bare in the lobby. The front desk staff when I checked in was good but the overnight and early morning girl that was manning the desk was extremely unfriendly and had zero customer service skills.

It was a great stay, they are currently undergoing renovations for the lobby & fourth floor. But, it's only 12-15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Also, the rooms are clean & the area is quiet. I say this place is a gem & is convenient for shopping & dining.

The room and bathroom were very clean. We wish they had king size pillows instead of 6 very small squishy ones. Also no freezer in fridge. I need these freezer pack to keep medicine chilled. Ost places have had freeze. The front desk guy put tham in a freezer for me. They are remodeling but it was never an issue. Would stay there again.

It is across the street from the independent living facility where my aunt lives so it was very convenient. We were there when they were doing remodeling but it did not impact much. There was no safe which we like because we take our laptop/iPads. The bathroom has no fan and limited towel space.

This property is under construction. Has I known this I would not have stayed here. When I arrived the lobby was being painted and I couldn't even get to the check in desk. The towels in my room all had long back hairs stuck in them. Every time the person next to and above me moved in their beds I could here it loudly.

First, the mattresses in our room were hard, and uncomfortable. The room was much smaller than showed on the website. Also, our room was not vacuumed or swept when we came back from our outings. We had to ask the clerk to tell the housekeeping people to do it.

Great place to stay. Newly renovated, super nice. Hot breakfast was good! Nice area. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to. This will definitely be our go to place in our next trip to Nashville.
