Awesome Hotel.
This place was great. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The associates at the front desk were very straight forward and honest. It took us a minute to figure out parking, but that was partly my fault as I should have called before hand to see what needed to be done. They do charge $44 for parking, that is separate from the hotel costs. When you book your hotel, it does not include parking. Paying for parking was much easier than parking on the street or trying to find somewhere to park. They do not take cash app cards for parking so make sure you have an actual card. The room exceeded our expectations and when we come to Nashville from here on out, we will be booking at this hotel. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

My daughter and I enjoyed that this was an apartment rather than a typical hotel room. Adorable and very clean. Felt very safe and comfortble. Since we didn't have a car, the restaurants within walking distance were perfect.

The room was not ready at check in time. I called before we got there because we had not been sent a check-in code and was left on hold. I actually walked in while still on hold. No one had any idea I was on the phone. The room wasn't ready for about 45 minutes after check in. The room was nice, but it was LOUD. Traffic was loud all night. They did not properly stock the coffee and tea, but when asked they did deliver enough for one day.

We got the Deluxe Studio with Private Entrance which was nice because it’s on the first floor, but when we asked for key to get in from the outside they said keys went missing and they didn’t have it which was alarming so we were nervous during our stay, but luckily everything went great and no intruders. Would’ve been nice to use that feature tho. The place itself is nice and roomy. Everything around did feel safe. Front desk was very helpful. One weird thing is you can occasionally hear water running through the pipes above your head which would wake us up. The floors were also a little dirty and sticky. Everything else felt clean tho. Overall I would stay here again for the price and location.
