The locking system was down, so i receive a txt message to go got a key at the fromt desk wich is fine. Come there at 9am they didn't have the key. They told me to come later in the day and they will have the key made for me,ok. I came back at 7pm and they didn't made the keys ?? The manager on duty told me i will have to go at the front desk so maintenance will open the doors for me every single time i go out of the room, wich suck but fine. Maintenance came at my room and is master key didn't work ??? He had to open the doors with a special tool everytime and it took like 20min to get to my room. Front desk staff are really rude, room are noisy (soundproof bad). Plus check in process is a pain. I would never go back to any placemakr location.

Overall it was fine. I thought I had booked a room with a door between the bedroom and living space, but apparently not. It ended undone . The person staying next to us was loud, screaming profanities the first and third nights. We complained the 3rd night, but we disinterested hear security come talk tongue guy and I guess he eventually shut up around 2am.

I've came out to Nashville a few times already... This is by far my first choice of hotel to book anytime I look out here! A solid walk to Broadway, and then cool after-hours spots to check out when you're exhausted from the craziness of Broadway!

Great location! Very walkable. Parking $40/day Beds are very uncomfortable say “queen” more like full size. Shower has no pressure & wouldnt drain. Front desk nice & helpful.
