Completely exhausting.

Very weird check-in and parking situation. Parking was best suited to compact cars and was a hefty fee per day in addition to the hotel fees. Hallways give you the feeling that the building was originally a storage facility. The hotel room was poorly renovated, with sloppy construction throughout. The room was extremely noisy. Between the noisy HVAC sitting in the bedroom closet and the unrelenting "race cars" with the popping exhausts and the motorcycles racing around until 3:00 am, I slept only 3 hours the first night and just over 4 hours the second night. It was a miserable stay.

Friendly staff, but no no no no definitely no

The staff and communication were wonderful, but the apartment room itself — not so great. Moldy vents, dirty rugs, hairs on the mattress cover and in the bathroom. We were wildly disappointed. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly easy and friendly to work with and let us out of our 3-day reservation with no trouble. They want to help rectify the situation, but we just wanted out. I have a feeling the cleaning company is more to blame than the management for a property of this type, but was left generally disappointed —especially for the price.
Either replace the rug or just get rid of it.
Both the bedroom and living vents look like this — imagine what the inside looks like.

We found the hotel well situated for a walk straight down to Broadway and to Music Row. There are more local places to eat, but we were not worried about the 20min walk to the Honky Tonks and the museums. Parking was easy and the staff were very helpful.

Our condo was great! WiFi was down during our entire stay which was a bummer. Pool was clean and there was no deep end so it was nice to let the kids play in it with no worries. There wasn’t much to do nearby unless you walked at least 15 minutes. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The property was fine. The carpeting in the hallways was extremely worn and stained. I could hear every footstep of the people in the room above me. I asked to be moved, but there was no where to move me to so I spent two nights listening to folks getting home and being loud at 3am. The internet was also down the majority of my stay which made it very hard to work. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and the beds were fine.
