Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay in less than 30mins of booking because of unforeseen circumstances. The booking stated fully refundable by 5/26. This hotel, despite this disclosure, refused to refund my money. I called, spoke with the manager, and he stated, I'm not refunding it. My bank refunded my account because I provided them with evidence. I would not recommend doing business with this hotel. False advertising. See photo proof attached.

Management is pretty terrible. I’m kind of place doesn’t have butter or hot sauce for breakfast dining?!?? Not in a walkable area at all. Fantastic gym, stylish, comfortable rooms, and a couple of good staff members were the only saving grace

Wanted to give a better score

although the staff and over all property was very nice, there were a few unsatisfactory things. For starters the $40 per night parking was not clear until I asked at check in about parking. Valet was the only option available even though the sign said self park $20. The TV in our room was the next issue. It froze non stop the entire time. Every 5 minutes we had to go channel up then channel down just to unfreeze. When I made front desk aware of issue they gave us complimentary breakfast which was nice gesture but we stayed 5 nights and the tv never got better or fixed. The last main thing was the top sheet on one of our beds had yellow tint stains all over it. And this is the first hotel I have stayed in without a clock.

We felt very safe The staff was extremely helpful when we needed them. The restaurant on the main floor had wonderful waiters that were very attentive to our needs and wants and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I loved the location. The room was super cute. The rooftop bar was a vibe. Worth the price. If it had a pool/hot tub it wouldn’t been even better but then it would probably have more families. With that being said it was quiet and I didn’t see any children on my weekend get away. I will definitely book them for future Nashville trips.

They put me on the second floor overlooking the street, which meant that I got woken up by noise and trucks speeding by at 6am, so that was less than fabulous. What made it worse? When I got home, I saw I had an extra charge from the hotel. When I called them, they insisted that I had eaten at their restaurant. Only problem is that, I hadn't, in fact, because of the horrid noise, I checked out early and was in an uber at 649am. I was told that they'd call me back after they reviewed the receipts. A week later, I was told that they were going to refund me and would call me by end of day (by the way, I called them, they never ever call back). Now another week has gone by and no call backs, despite several voice mails that I've left asking to get my money back. This hotel will steal your money, don't stay here.
