Walkable to Broadway but in July we opted to Uber and it was a perfect location to do so! About $4-6 each way. No free breakfast and room service every third night which we were fine with. I would stay here again, it was comfortable, quiet, and clean. It's an affordable off broadway option.

The ac did not work at cooling. It was on all day and night and it was loud, however the room stayed at 71 degrees our whole stay. The fridge did not cool either. The bathroom doors did not close, which made a mess.

Area is not safe to walk around in if you are a family especially at night. I wish I had known this. The ceilings are unfinished and looked dirty. I have never seen this in a hotel and travel a lot. The tv didn’t work half the time and they couldn’t and wouldn’t fix. We had hair in the sheets and pillowcases.

Overall hotel was nice. Only complaint is the rooms are a little dark and the bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up very sore and stiff😩 Diner at the rooftop restaurant was okay as well.

Cute hotel and friendly enough staff. Rooms are clean and had a decent view. I will say however if you go to the hotel bar, be prepared to be ignored for a hot minute by the bartenders. You literally have to flag them down. But once contact is established, they were a lot better. The bagel place in the hotel is excellent!!
