Our stay was so relaxing and restful. First, Kayla at the front desk was so personable. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was 5 stars, and we loved the fact that there was no dog scents or dogs on the premises. And, DeWayne at the front desk was very obliguing!

Hotel was very clean and convenient. It’s like living in an apartment, everything you need is available. Full kitchen, laundry, fitness center, and plenty of food and gas places in the area. I will definitely stay again.

The location was convenient. No maintenance person was on staff on Saturday. Pool water was freezing cold. Staff members were nice. There was not a cleaning service provided. Beds were comfortable. All in all, it was a good experience. It seems like there could be better communication with guests.

People were fantastic
The people there was fabulous so sweet very upbeat and nice folks. My only issues were: Sidewalks (like I hope you guys got your money back) were terrible beat up the wheels on my suitcase No breakfast!?! At a IHG hotel. I mainly stay at those for the breakfast Hot water didn’t get hot really. Dishes in the dishwasher… But pretty clean so good job there for sure and great employees.
