We arrived at the hotel evening of 2/14 and stayed 2/18. Upon waking up Sunday morning we found we had no hot water, the excuse was everyone was checking out of the hotel and used up all the hot water. Monday came and again no hot water. We were then told there is a problem with heating system. It was going on since Friday so they lied. Upon leaving the hotel that morning I asked what I assumed is the manager whether they will have hot today, if I would need to make other arrangements. She told me not to get snippy and she had no idea what her staff said. I feel this very unprofessional to first not know what your staff is telling the guests and to express an attitude with your guests. Poor communication and poor management. Do not stay here.

Carpet in the hallways looks very old and dingy. Hotel has a certain... scent? Hallways felt warm and muggy. Bathroom was less than spotless. There was no trash can in the bathroom. TV had no channel guide and took like 2–3 seconds to change each channel, so impossible to find something to watch. A few parts of the room were dirty and/or at some level of disrepair. Premium WiFi difficult to keep enabled. Help staff was very nice but kind of dressed down. The elevator was nice, there's plenty of parking, and it was a large room with extra amenities such as kitchen area, large fridge, large bathroom, separate bedroom. And no bugs or anything.

The room was ok. The hearing unit was loud. The microwave handle had duct tape on it so we were afraid to use it. When you pulled on the handle it would turn the microwave on.

When I tried to tell the person at the desk, the response I got was that the owners were waiting on budget for renovations and basically nothing will be fixed or done about any of it so I will not be wasting my time or money at this hotel. Nice studio apartment type room.
