It was an amazing stay!

I was very impressed with the hotel. You can tell the staff really care about working there. It was very well maintained and the beds were Very comfortable. Next time I'm in Nashville they will be my first choice. AAA+++

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Nashville. Just an Uber ride from Broadway and back. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff wonderful.

My husband and I both agreed that the beds were extremely firm. We didn’t ever expect to hear the people below us. It seemed like they were right outside of window when they were talking and laughing until wee hours of the morning. We expected it next to us but not below us. The breakfast was the same every morning. Need some variation if you’re staying for more than a few days or a week on vacation. Everyone was very helpful and polite if we did need something. We choose to stay there also for the shuttle to and from Broadway. We didn’t think that it would shut down because it snowed 1-2” the most for 2 days. Which was an added cost to get to and from the hotel to downtown for 2 days in a row. Which was about $15-$20 one way by Uber, Lyft or a Taxi.

Did a last minute booking and when arriving and getting into bed one of the pillows had blood on the cases (luckily we brought our own pillows) which was disgusting. We had our own king room, however, it was also the time of room that connected to another room and those people were extremely loud all night keeping us awake and this morning we woke up to them being intimate. Should have been noise cancellation or warning when in those rooms.

Amazing hotel but don’t count on the shuttle

Hotel was amazingly clean with very updated interior design! Location was great and when the shuttle ran was a perfect laid back way to get downtown in a matter of minutes! We were able to use the shuttle our first night but the second day we were very disappointed with the service of the hotel. Guests should be aware that the shuttle is not guaranteed as when we visited it was cancelled due to weather without any warning ( ourselves and other guests stood in the lobby waiting for about 15 minutes until I asked the front desk) and due to the location being isolated guests were left trying to book cabs etc to get anywhere without any compensation or alternative transportation offered from hotel. So do not count on the shuttle purely as it seems to be at their discretion and can be cancelled at any moment without any communication. This being said we would still come stay again in the future.
