This was a few blocks off the main downtown area, so it was affordable, super clean, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely book here again.

The only 3 things i didn’t like about our visit was 1 the bed was extremely hard 2 the AC couldn’t go lower than 65f 3 they told me the deposit for the room would be add back to my card in 24hrs it’s now been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit back

Upon arrival 1 hour early, staff was not allowin people to check in early. She was rude about it, just frustration by so many waiting. The room was ok. There was no services available unless u requested, the bed was terrible. Never booking with this hotel again

The service from the staff was great! I felt like they truly cared about providing the best quality service to their hotel guests. Sherri is the nicest woman who is always willing to give recommendations on what to do in Nashville! The only issues were the room functions. We had trouble with the TV. It wouldn’t connect to the wifi or connect properly when trying to use Comcast function to view things from your phone. None of the apps on the TV worked. So we were stuck surfing through the few cable channels which overall wasn’t a huge deal since we were mainly just in the room to sleep and chill a bit before heading downtown. Lastly, the phone in our room wasn’t working. It looked like the buttons were taken out? It was very odd. So we didn’t have a direct line to the front desk if need be. We had to call from our own personal phones which again, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, I would stay at this location again simply because of the friendly staff service and environment as well as the free parking! Didn’t know that existed in Nashville. Super convenient.

I liked everything beside from the fact that I had to pay an additional fee for breakfast. Also even after paying I was confined to eating breakfast in the dining area. My fiance was not feeling well and I was told I could not take any breakfast to our room for her even after paying. I was very upset and disappointed at this because I always stay at your hotels and this is the first time I had a problem like this. This needs to be addressed. But other than that the stay was good.

The property was extremely easy to find, recently renovated and clean. The parking was free but breakfast is no longer included in the room rate. We were compd the first breakfast. The housekeeping staff required repeated requests for service but was gracious when engaged. Initially the tv and phone were not working but were fixed the second day of our stay. We likely will stay at this property again as we prefer to be away from the downtown area and this property currently provides a shuttle to the 4th and Church street area of Nashville
