2nd time here sine March when it was a Clarion. Quick friendly check in. Room clean n ready. Angel takes care of you at breakfast and Kevin the shuttle driver super friendly. Great location to shuttle to broadway. Free parking now but breakfast is extra. Nice bartender and food is available although no restaurant yet.

Shuttle service to downtown is a nice feature - and essential. Pool was nice, but very chilly. Hotel is in a very industrial part of town.

Overall I thought the property was good. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and inviting. The room was clean and well appointed. Free parking made having a rental car convenient. The biggest draw back was the location being in a seemingly failing industrial area which left you with few dining options. That was mitigated by the free shuttle to Broadway.

Don’t bother asking for a late checkout of an extra hour. The front desk will say no problem then keep calling every 5 minutes and keep knocking on the door while getting dressed. Morning staff is rude. Sherri the night check in person was Awesome.

What I have found is that Holiday Inns are typically a reliable bet. This one was no exception. It was clean, the lobby was massive giving you lots of space to relax, the bar was beautiful and the breakfast area was large. Tasha the hotel manager and Kenny at the front desk could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Excellent customer service and just 7 min by Uber to Broadway. They have a complimentary shuttle that runs every hour and goes roughly one mile. Timing didn’t work for us but it was there. We had a late flight home so they let us put our things in a locked room so we could explore for the day. I would absolutely stay there again.
