I really enjoyed my stay at Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites. I arrived early and was greeted with a smile which means a lot to me. I appreciate them giving you information on places to eat locally and I also appreciate them giving coupons for happy hour ( although I don’t drink). The daily buffet style buffet was a great bonus because they had plenty of options for my grandson and I. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I chose the room with the patio and it faced the pool which was really nice. There was only one day that I heard people in the pool but that really didn’t bother me at all. I never heard noise from my neighbors or the hall. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for budget friendly, clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for fancy then this isn’t for you.

Great stay

The only thing i have to say is...it advertises a bar, but the bar is only open 5 to 7. I dont want you to think I drink a lot but it was a stressful visit to Nashville with an appointment at Vanderbilt. I would have liked a drink to relax and thats one of the reasons i chose this hotel. The pool and bar. BUT...they are super nice and its super clean. They were kind to put us in adjoining rooms. It was perfect really. And the beds are so comfortable.

Overall the stay was okay, but there were amenities we were not able to use such as the TV which only turned on and did nothing else. Remote control did not work beyond powering the TV on. The shower was constantly dripping (noticeably, kinda loud), the toilet handle was faulty and I had to troubleshoot it myself to get it to flush. Luckily I knew the issue and could resolve it myself but it was inconvenient. There was a rusty nail on the floor that I stepped on but fortunately it was not sticking straight up and didn’t injure me. Again, just inconvenient and caught me off guard. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The window let in constant light from the outside lights and disrupted sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was tasty. Staff was friendly but as soon as we got to our room and heard the shower water dripping we called the front desk to alert them and they said someone would come fix it but they never came. Overall it was an okay stay but I probably would not stay again based on this experience.

Love this hotel! Affordable and very comfortable! Even had happy hour from 5-7, which included 2 drinks and an appetizer (tacos). Beds are so comfortable and room is spacious. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. This is a hidden gem. Would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I was so impressed with the staff and the hotel itself. We travel a lot, and we have never stayed in a hotel, that gives you happy hour every night with food and two free drinks. The shuttle was extremely convenient taking you back-and-forth to the town. We went to the AC/DC concert and we’re so afraid we were going to be abandoned by the shuttle, but the driver waited for all of us to get to the shuttle so we can get back to the hotel safely. If we’re ever in Nashville again, we will definitely stay there and I have already referred the hotel to my friends.
