The hotel is a short ride away from the music centre. It is walkable. The area around the hotel is full of bars and restaurants which are reasonably priced. The room is clean and typically furnished for a comfort inn. There is a laundry area and snacks available at reception. The room included breakfast which was amazing and included hot and cold options from freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes to cereal and yoghurts. A great way to start your day

The receptionist needs to be taught how to welcome guest as it will make great impact. The room is ok for 1 night spend but more than that better to find better one. There is free coffee in the room but the coffee machine is inside the restroom.

Our room was very rundown. The furniture was old and in very poor condition. Every surface thick with dust and stains on the sheets. My husband went straight back to the front desk to ask for a refund. After being told we would still be charged for one night if we didn’t stay, we were offered a room on the renovated side of the motel. The new room was in better shape but still not as clean as we had hoped. Hair was all over the bathroom. Not happy with our stay and if we had been offered a full refund, would not have stayed the two nights we booked.

had to change rooms 3 times 1st due to in-house construction noise no rest time. 2nd tv was not working or poorly working was supposed to get 1 night parking refund they would come to fix next morning got back to room afternoon3pm they were there working on it had to move another room

The property itself was great, front desk staff were lovely. Only issue I had was the housekeeping staff. He saw me leaving and I put do not disturb on my door as my friend was sleeping. He knocked and walked in on her while she was asleep even though he saw me leave. I found that to be unsafe and did voice my anger on the phone with front desk.

My first time staying at an inn and I’m glad this was a positive experience. It was pretty great on price, parking is cheap but safe and overall the staff were friendly. The only downside was how close it is to the Main Street so you can hear traffic all night.

It might’ve been in the fine print, but when you’re using hotels.com driving down the road looking for a hotel, and it says 80 something out the door, including tax and it says parking available, it’s frustrating when you get there and find out you have to pay another $22 for parking. Not positive if I will ever use hotels.com again because of that.
