Exceptional Service
We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Although the property is somewhat dated the staff worked hard cleaning. The room was big and clean and the beds comfortable. There was some outside noise from the highway nearby but that was also convenient for access.

This hotel has an extremely high rating that doesn’t deserve at all. I was woken up at 7 am to banging and workers talking very loud and I never felt safe whatsoever. I would never tell anyone to come here to stay

Overall, I would rate this as an average hotel. The rooms are very small. The countertops in the bathroom are very low making it a little challenging. The decor is very dated and needs a refresh. All of the exterior doors lead directly outside so every morning you could hear cleaning carts roll by on the concrete which is very noisy. The best part about this hotel is the service. Overall, it was great and the morning breakfast is solid as they have a made to order omelet option. If you are looking for an economical hotel and don't care about modern amenities this is a good place.
