It was good the heat didn’t work but I called the office and they came immediately and fixed it. Second time I have stayed there only complaint is the charge for parking there shouldn’t be a charge for parking your car at a place that you pay to stay the night. That is crazy!

Good room rude check in staff

Super clean,doing major renovations. Ww got one of the newer rooms.Heater didn't work and it took maintenance about 10 minutes to change it out. Staff at check in was not friendly at all... kind of rude like i was bother them to repeat themselves because they didnt speak very good english. And i was treated as if that was my fault.. but when i checked us out was different staff and they qhere super friendly

I stayed at this property because I was attending the Vive 2025 Conference which held at the Music City Center. I paid the additional fee in case I needed to depart early. I was told by management that I would not be refund for the one day as I left on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. My parking fee was not refunded either. There was furniture in the hallways and a so called gate for entry to park which was never closed anyone could walk around the property. I have told my conference leaders to never list this property again as an option for staying. Not an acceptable property for Downtown Nashville.
