Our concert was postponed until the next day...they let us keep our car there and didn't charge us for parking, like everywhere is was...clean,great continental breakfast, gravy eggs toast waffles pancakes fruit milk coffee's orange juice...friendly owners

we were disappointed to find a parking fee charged to guests, despite plenty of available parking spaces on the property. It felt unnecessary and surprising, especially for a hotel in this category. As paying guests, we expected on-site parking to be included.

The only complaint that i have is that i had asked for a late checkout bit to my sisters flight being delayed. The lady in the front desk told me that my sister would be allowed to stay until 1pm for a fee of $50. I agreed amd told them to charge the card that was on file. My flight was in the morning so i left thinking they were going to respect what we agreed on. Well my sister got kicked out at noon and they were not nice about it. She tried to explain that i had extended the stay but they told her she had 10 minutes to leave the room. I am now going to have to make sure they didnt charge my card since they didnt extend the stay until 1pm like they said they would. Also, they need to give more toiletries.

They have a designated smoking area, but most smoked outside their room door in the hallway resulting in smoke smell everywhere. Breakfast was good, but the same choice everyday. A change would be good. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel was very clean, as well as the pool. They are slowly renovating rooms and although I do not think that ours was one of the more recently renovated rooms, it was still in excellent condition and the beds were extremely comfortable! No complaints!
