The hotel seemed new. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and i stayed here on a trip from Pittsburgh to Texas. It was a perfect stopping point and a great night sleep to refresh. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also very spacious allowing us to both be able to use the sink. The complimentary breakfast was good. Typical of most hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely stay here again on a trip.

Excellent Hotel!!! Good location in west Nashville. Smells new and fresh!!! Friendly and helpful front desk workers. Comfortable beds, free parking, extra clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the best you can get for a good price. There are marginally nicer hotel chains, but you’ll be paying a bigger difference in price. Comfort Inn has about the best price point in our opinion. Beds are quite comfortable.

We checked in late, around 11pm. We were only there for 1 night, and checked out around 8:30 the next morning. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot breakfast options and coffee were okay, about what is expected from continental breakfast. Check in and out were quick and simple. No complaints with this hotel and would stay again if in the area.
