Okay, but Late Checkout Snafu
I was taking a night off from caregiving for my elderly father. The clerks were friendly, but entering the room there was an unpleasant smell of disinfectant. When I turned on the heat, an alarm went off. Most importantly, I’d asked for late checkout (1 hr) when booking & reminded them when checking in. TWO different housekeepers disturbed me before my time was up. Disappointing for my rare night away.

Bad Customer Service by Hotels.com & hotel Manager
Hotels.com did not work with us when we tried to move the date back on our reservation. We worked with "Marco" who was part of their "virtual agent" program. He attempted to contact the management at the property who was not able to move our reservation or cancel our stay. We had an issue with our vehicle and were delayed 1 day. All of this took place the night before our reservation date, so you would think either Hotels.com or the actual hotel would work with a customer but negative. So a negative review you both get. Thanks for the $140 wasted!

The rooms are dated and the neighborhood is a little run down. But the check in was great and the staff was VERY efficient and friendly. About 15 minute Uber to downtown Nashville and easy cine. Would definitely stay again
