Don’t waste your money

Hotel was dirty, staff not friendly at all. We had to change rooms due to 4 outlets not working, hair on the comforters and hair on bathroom floor, sink and toilet. The room we were moved to was not much better! We were there for my daughter to have surgery at Vanderbilt. The hotel was so bad we did not even stay second night even though I paid for it. Very disappointed!!

The property was under construction while I visited. The room was okay doable for the two nights, but it could use an upgrade. Overall, comfortable, nice workers, and convenient to where I needed to be/go.

Upstairs neighbors had little kids who ran in the room from 8 to 10:30. This place must be poorly built because there’s nothing to muffle the sound from upstairs neighbors. Desk clerk very friendly and helpful. A plus!

Double billing

We stayed in room #126 Comfort Inn West in Nashville TN. from 5/8 - 5/11/25. Checked out a day early and the front desk told me I could not be credited for that day because it went thru a 3rd party Hotels.com Ok not happy with that and will never book thru Hotels. But I was charged again on 5/10 an additional $189.62, double billing, no one will take the time to talk to me to correct it and now I am spending time I don't want to to fix this and I am not only unhappy, but angry. Time to bring this to the attention of my credit card company and dispute the $189.62 charge. Do NOT use Hotels.com.

Ehhh, overall it was fine. We stayed 3 nights. And thankfully, we wasnt there much because the hotel smelled like poop at times. We were in room 109 and the bathtub will make you feel like a beached whale cause it squeaks everytime you move. If I hadnt of been on 1st floor I woulda been worried about caving in on someone. It was bad. And old. The tub caulking had seen better days. BUT, the staff was great, breakfast was decent, and bed was cozy. So overall it was good!

OK, if you got no other options

Not really fair to give an opinion on a hotel that’s in the middle of renovations, but I will comment on what I observed on areas that look like they may be complete. The eating area was decreased in size. Everybody now is crammed into a corner. Tables are way too close together. Haven’t had breakfast yet so I can’t comment on that. Can’t comment on the fitness room because it’s under construction need to work on magnetic keys everybody seems to be having problems with them. Soda machine, auto water, guest laundry room is actually a closet. Both machines are old washers has an agitator that looks like it’s missing the cap very dirty inside build ups open softener

Breakfast was decent and really the only negative is that they do not let you know that the pool was not available when you're looking on their website or on any booking site. That's kind of important when you're traveling with kids who are actually looking forward to the pool.
