The room was spotless and had a fresh smell. The sausage on the breakfast bar was rubbery though. Maybe look into a different brand one thats not so cheap

The welcoming clerk at sign in was great, very personable. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Heating system great! Only downfalls: very low toilet and breakfast buffet was too crowded w tables. Thank you very much!!

The room was spotless and staff were kind and accommodating. After 3 days without power and 2 without water, it was wonderful to get warm, have a hot shower and a night of peaceful rest. Hot breakfast was very welcome as well. Thank you, Comfort Inn!

I was not able to stay due to the expected weather and was not able to cancel. While I know that I didn’t have insurance, this was an act of God therefore being out of my control. When I went to cancel, Expedia’s virtual assistant told me that no refund or help was available. That is extremely disappointing under these circumstances. It does make me not want to book with Expedia in the future.
