The first room I was in, the blackout portion of the curtains was not completely connected at the top. After reporting to the front desk, I was moved immediately. In the second room, the bottom of the shower almost overflowed because the drain was not working appropriately. Also, only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating. These nice looking accommodations with all the things not everyone sees felt like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Loved cleanliness and breakfast although one waits a bit because waffle batter runs out, forks out but just ask and it is restocked Very helpful staff. Suggestion to check remotes for tvs ours were not rrplaced in 3 days we were there. Still gets top reviews from us. Those coming in to area with rental car..look for shell station as plsce to enter driveway. A bit trivky to find drivewsy at night

The hotel was fine. There were a lot of stains on the curtains and walls and even some of the towels we received. The staff was nice though and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was very reliable.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew. I received a text that our room would be cleaned daily but it wasnt after the first day and I had to go to front desk and request it. The staff was nice but the smell of the room really got to me.

All 3 rooms plus the 1st one all had a smell and multiple stick bugs and other bugs. After walking each room and looking around the whole hotel has a mold problem and a stink bug problem. They clearly are not cleaning the rooms properly. There were 2 live bus on the windows and several all over the floor alive and dead and that was just our first room. We demanded a refund and stay elsewhere.

Horrible experience. These are the reasons why. Slimy floors in the shower dirty bathroom TV did not work. Blinds did not work cold small felt like a prison cell.
