Lack of security. Many vehicles vandalized on site. No real assistance from hotel staff. Made it seem like this was a normal occurence.and there wasnt much thwt could be done to prevent it.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was pretty great, the staff was kind, and the comfort of the beds was great. I wish the area was more walkable, and I wish it was easier to get to the main city from it but for the price, it was a solid choice when visiting Nashville

Reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly but were generally accommodating. Room was modern and spacious. Close to bus routes into the city. Breakfast was reaonably varied.

The road in front of the hotel is under construction and very hard to get into and out of. Also there was vandalism with several cars broken into the night we stayed there.

The room was dusty and the bathroom was not clean, the shower was stopped up and it overflowed , the refrigerator did not work… one of the elevators was broken down and the other elevator that was barely working, made horrible noises and jerked and shook terrible to where I took the steps the rest of my stay from the sixth floor… the receptionist was not very much help at all . They did get the shower unstop, but they never fixed the refrigerator or the elevator…. For the amount of money, it was not worth it.
