Nice hotel

The staff were very nice and friendly The bed was so comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The only issue I had was the experience since rate to park your car.

Property is decent given the star rating. The staff is friendly. There is some level of street noise given its on the street. Are wise its convenient and food places are within walking distance and same for the university as well

Mediocre visit

We got to our room, and even though we booked for 3 people, there were only two towels, and no bedding for the sofa bed. That’s irritating, but not the end of the world. I went back down to the lobby and got what we needed. But then I went to take a shower and found what looked like hair clippings from the previous guest in the sink. The front desk clerk was super apologetic, and we got a new room. The new room was virtually identical. It also didn’t appear to have been very thoroughly cleaned, with hair on the bathroom floor and visible layers of dust and grime built up in the corners. It wasn’t awful — I probably wouldn’t have noticed (or even looked, tbh) if we hadn’t just changed rooms because of a cleaning issue — but it was enough to make me uncomfortable. The bed was too hard — also something I normally wouldn’t complain about, but it added another level of discomfort to this stay. Then parking was exceptionally expensive. Overall a super mediocre experience for cleanliness, comfort, and value. The staff that evening were fantastic.

The hotel was clean and neat but parking was $48 a day and if you left and took your car you had to tip when you come back, they would text you seven dollar tip. Other than that the room was nice a lot of construction around and in the middle of Nashville.

The manager was very helpful accommodating my mom’s mobility issues. They went way over and beyond for us. The room could be a bit noisy from the traffic but the heavy blackout curtains helped a lot and it quieted down at night. The location was very convenient
