The rooms were very dark. Lighting was poor you can’t see. Breakfast selection is the same everyday and breakfast area is dirty. Rooms were not stocked and cleaned properly. We always had to ask. Will I stay here again, probably not. There was soap scum on the mirror which was there since we arrived and never got cleaned even though they say they make up room daily. Staff were busy with their phones or laptops instead of cleaning around breakfast area.

Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi jets aren’t properly cleaned. After running a few full cycles of hot water and soap in the spa tub dirt was still coming out and the residue was thick around the tub. Never got a chance to use the jacuzzi

Room was way too hot.
When we entered the room the A/C was not even on so the room was very hot. Took forever for the room to even cool off just the slightest bit. The front desk offered us a different room but when we went to check it out that room was also too hot to sleep. We checked out a day early and drove home late in the evening so we could get a good nights rest in a cool room.

The entire place smells gross, the front staff was very inconsistent and weird. It was cheap so I'll give them that but i should have spent more for somewhere I would actually want to be.

The area the hotel is in is great. We walked into a very spacious room that smelled musty and was horribly warm as the air conditioning was not on. The beds were decent and clean but as we turned on lights dust balls fell from the lamp shade. Our room had a sleeper sofa we were utilizing. I had to go get the linens from the front desk and was given sheets but no blanket (which I didn’t realize till later) and no pillow. I asked for a pillow and was told there was no spare pillows. I was baffled how they expected someone to utilize their sleeper sofas without having pillows available. One was later found for us but of such poor quality but the effort was appreciated. We ended up using our travel blankets and pillows for the adult sleeping on the pullout. We also utilized the pool though was disappointed to find there were no towels available and the paint from the pool was coming up and floating about as other guests were jumping about. Just overall disappointed in the comfort and quality of this inn. One positive though Cracker Barrel is right next door
