Place smelled old, a disgusting smell on the floor of food, room not clean, no ice, didn’t find fitness center, pool had sign on it saying it was closed by the health department. Will NEVER stay again.

For the price, I was not expecting it to be like the Ritz. It was just ok and good enough to sleep for two nights. My issues were: the TV in our room didn't work, there was a constant drip in our toilet, and the ice machine was broken. If you stay here, don't plan on the breakfast. It was very disappointing. You could make your own waffle. They didnt have any fruit or juices.

Clean, nice, late check up in staff a bit slow and the pool was closed due to failing state inspection and there was no notice on the hotel website or Expedia about this and we have kids who were looking forward to swimming after a long car ride.

Zero stars. The TV didn’t work, the pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work, the towels and coffee and tissues weren't replaced each day. The breakfast was poor. The walls were very thin with noisy neighbors. Never again.

Would not stay there again. The person at the desk was not friendly. We had one stained towel, a very dirty and stained couch. We didn’t want our 2 year old to sit on it. There was not much lighting in the room. The coffee pot was not very clean. The only good thing I can say is the bed appeared to be clean and was comfortable.

Location and very spacious

Check in was so easy as wrll as check out. Upin entering the hallway yo the elevator you could notice some age on the structure where the owners have attempted to renovate and improve. Someone had dumped a plate of food in the hallway which was kind of gross but random. Room was really dusty like it hadnt been used in a while or maybe air filters need to be changed but otherwise very clean and everything worked well. Very Very Spacious room and bathroom. We had a double room and it had a love seat thar also pulled out could have slept 6 if you had kids. Convenient location to all the dining, shopping and right on the exit/interstate. Breakfast was sufficient but kind of dark and no tvs running and just not a very cheery or "warm" place to start the day very gray and professional. It works.

The place was clean but had a bad odor. The couch you didnt want to sit on because it was so stained. The ceiling had big stain marks. The breakfast waffle mix had chunks of mold in the mix. Very unappealing except the kids that the kids thought they were blueberries.

We picked this hotel to stay at with our two children for a Dance Competition that was nearby. First of all, we called ahead to ask a question and could not understand the employee, nor could we hear bc of background noise. Our bathroom door had a used bandaid on the handle and there was a half eaten chicken nugget and jolly rancher on the floor. We picked this location based on the indoor pool as well and it was closed due to the health department, which was not disclosed on the website. We called expedia to try and get a refund and were given nothing. We had to leave and go stay at another hotel and basically spend double the money for the weekend. Not happy

Overnight visit

It was a nice room, but the lighting was incredibly dim and made it difficult to apply makeup. Clean room and building, but our bed was terribly firm. Guest services were friendly!
