Its a lovely property, but utterly ridiculous to clean the first floor restrooms at 9:30 in the morning, when people are eating breakfast, and REFUSING to let a guest come in and use the room because you're cleaning.

I was expecting the hotel to be decorated for the holidays. There were no decorations. The outside was a lot of construction and dirty. The rooms were very clean and the shuttle drivers were amazing. Would I stay here again?

The hotel was clean and priced right. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices to pick from. Good location. Away from the downtown hustle and bustle but the shuttle service will get you to Broadway. Lisa and Tony were great drivers! The free happy hour was a nice touch too!

Staff is wonderful. Love the shuttle transportation to lower broadway, very convenient. Breakfast was very good. The room had an odor to it that just wouldn’t go away. Like a chemical smell. Construction right outside was inconvenient and noisy during the week.

We loved our stay at your hotel! The staff was very kind and accommodating , the shuttle to Broadway was an extra bonus but we also walked home from the Preds game and felt safe! The managers special was great! The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of choices and fresh to order omelets! We will definitely recommend to friends and stay again when we return!

Fantastic stay. Was greeted with an early check in. Excellent breakfast with egg/omelet station and a very generous happy hour at no charge(do be generous with tips!) Extra large rooms with separate bedroom. Great social area in centre.

The breakfast was amazing (omelette station and fresh food) and the staff general great! The housekeeping was not consistent and we 2x in a 3 night stay had to get additional towels because our room wasn’t serviced even though we made sure there was no signs left on the door to request otherwise. It seemed if you were not out of your room at 9.30, you missed your service.
