Everything was mostly good. The few things that weren't so good, are not things the hotel staff could do anything about. 1. Construction going on at the property, made parking a hassle. 2. Wish the hotel shuttle van could've extended hours for New Year's Eve. 3. The room next to ours was blaring loud music off & on all night, till morning hours. The hotel staff was great!

Great stay
Very nice hotel. Convenient location just off the interstate. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. They have a shuttle that takes you downtown, so that's a plus. Would prob stay here again if in Nashville.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking everyday as if it was a secured or special when it was not. Also the beds were really hard. Everything thing was great.

The bed was great, for a long time I do not see a great bed in hotels, and this one has the bed ever. The breakfast was ok, shower excellent. overall a great hotel.

We loved the shuttle (its 4 mile radius but that takes you close to downtonw, groceries and resturants).

During check in, the staff was very welcoming which was nice after a long drive. Every day coming back from exploring, the front desk staff always asked how our day was and wished us a wonderful restful evening. Breakfast was a great selection of food. So many choices which was helpful having a picky grandchild with us😁 Pool is great to relax in after a long day. Was nice to just hang out with family down there. Our rooms and hallways were always so clean and noise free. We all enjoyed this trip very much and will be back anytime we go to Nashville again. Thank you to all the amazing staff!
