Would def recommend staying here! Staff was amazing! Clean and comfortable. Shuttle was an added bonus. Liked that they have locked front doors for security. Only problem I had was being outside the ice machine…. Light sleeper and could be awoken by it.

The hotel was great, very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always acknowledging us with a “Hello” or a nod and a smile when they walked by. The free shuttle to downtown was wonderful and most of the drivers were really nice, making suggestions of things to do or see. We did have one driver that was not as pleasant as the others, we had to call a couple of times to get picked up downtown as he drive right by us. He did apologize when he dropped us off, maybe was having a bad night. I would recommend the Fairfield, it’s in a quiet area but with the shuttle just a few minutes from downtown. There are a few fast food-type restaurants nearby, easy to walk to. Otherwise a car or Uber would be needed for casual or fine dining options.

Our TV kept turning on our first night the women at the desk basically said too bad maintenance comes only on Monday…. We were woken from a 1am arrival every 20 minutes due to the TV were we finally pulled the plug on the TV… from 4 am on ahhhh quiet!!!!! The Assistant General Manager was AMAZING our last day.. SO accommodating!!! Thank you to her for being so humanistic!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close (10-15 minute drive) to downtown Nashville and there was a convenient shuttle service. Parking for our rental car was available for a nightly fee and the lot was clean, a good size, and well-lit. The staff at the front desk, especially Jeanette, was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Our room, was quite quiet (it was facing the same way as the front of the property) and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Breakfast was basic but tasty and a good selection. The front doors required you to use your card key to enter but the front desk staff was quick to let us in when we arrived for check in. There were lots of helpful signs about how to pay for parking. We had a very good stay here.

Great Stay
First time visiting Nashville & decided to stay at this hotel. It was great. Front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Main doors were locked early for security & that made me feel extra safe, really appreciated that. Room was cleaned daily. We have zero complaints and would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again sometime.

I was skeptical after reading some of the other reviews but we were very pleased with the hotel. Exactly what you expect and more from a Marriott! Breakfast had a large selection and was fresh, free shuttle around town, friendly staff, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable! Would definitely return!

Our stay at the Fairfield was perfect in every way!! Location was ideal. While initially we thought it would be walkable to more downtown attractions, there is a hotel shuttle that made everything super easy and convenient to get to! Shuttle was complimentary which increased the value of the hotel stay immensely! Room was great, hotels quiet. Free breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again for sure. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed
