The hotel was in a great location for walking to Broadway St and Nissan Stadium. There were not a lot of amenities, like a microwave in the room or an ice machine on the floor we stayed on, but overall would stay there again.

Our 2nd stay at the Fairlane. Wonderful hotel with a great bar, beautiful spotless rooms and short walk to Broadway. Only negative I have is that we were overcharged when we checked out, i.e., charged $64.00 for a breakfast that was complimentary. They did take the charge off but took some time to reconcile on my credit card.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Located very close to broadway and printers alley but also in a quiet part of town. This allows you to escape the craziness from broadway and enjoy a relaxing stay. The bar located at the bottom of the hotel is so nice and peaceful. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. We were there for a show at Nissan Stadium. Easy to walk to and was easy to walk downtown. Room was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again next time we are in Nashville!
