wonderful staff easy check in and out! the beds were comfortable and our room was very clean! we stayed 2 nights! if you’re looking for affordable, and clean, this is the one to go to, coming from a person who inspects everything in a hotel before using it lol!

Pros: Staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Several bars with live music within walking distance. Close to Gaylord Opryland and offers shuttle to Broadway for a reasonable price. Cons: Unfortunately, the amenities at the hotel leave a lot to be desired. There is no pool and breakfast dwindled down to nothing as the week progressed. Many people had troubles with key cards not working, us included.

Drug deals, urine smell, people on meth, you know the kinda place where you get a prostitute or two. Broken door locks room number taped with duct tape and no paint on doors, smell of urine in the sink.

Our place was dirty, smelled bad, there was hardly any breakfast, it was loud outside, and there were bright lights on outside all night so our room wasn’t dark.

Well first off the room was missing chairs, ironing board, part of the lock and the smoke detector wasn't on the wall but in one of the drawers. They did move us to another room but when checking for bed bugs I noticed like a towel/blanket under the sheets which when looking under was covering stains. It was noisy but that's expected with the surrounding establishments. Parking was limited. Bathroom was small and you had to be careful so you didn't slip in the tub. I didn't do the breakfast but my friend said there was just 2 cereals and a waffle maker to make your own waffles. The one day housekeeping knocked on the door and my friend told her I was in the shower and asked if she could come back but she said she didn't speak English but asked if we needed towels. I wouldn't stay there again but that's just me.

This place is in major need of repairs. Ceiling falling, holes in walls, stains and markings on carpet and walls.

We had two rooms. One had cigarette burns in the bed covers and roach legs in the bathroom. The do not disturb signs are taped to the doors with duct tape, some of the room doors have peeling paint, and the entertainment system on the TV in the other room didn't work fully. The lights outside of the rooms were extremely bright and impossible to block out decently with the curtains.

You get what you pay for

Had to wait forever for check-in, no one was at the desk. Room was run down, there were holes in the furniture and boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Not enough parking. Bathroom floor was wet and pillows were flat and there weren’t enough of them. No one was ever at the front desk when we tried to ask for extra pillows. I felt uncomfortable sleeping there, didn’t feel safe and secure in that room.
