Never again!!
Sink stopped up first time we used it. Roaches in bathroom. Workers seemed unbothered. And my daughter's room has mouse droppings on the sink. Never coming back. We have stayed here for years and never had such a horrible experience.

Went to put my shoes on roach in it...slept with lights on and on my blanket..mold bathroom and shower head..went to move a towel roach...i kept everything off the floor...Never will return..nicer hotels clise by for 25$ more

Checkin seemed very disorganized. Our desk clerk was awesome. However his supervisor seemed very disinterested and unhelpful. We asked for directions and if there was a shuttle to the Grand Old Opry and his answer was to 2 mid-60 year women was to walk it at night mind you. Parking is also very limited and lucky me had my car scratched by someone trying to squeeze in the no parking spot to park. When checking out, the poor girl at the desk was trying to handle check out and the breakfast alone. On a good note, the rooms were clean and beds super comfy.

Room was what we expected. Clean, comfortable to spend the night as we are locals out for a night in the area and not driving. Would stay again. Great value compared to other hotels around and perfect location for restaurant's, bars, country music & dancing

We got our 2 rooms here for convenience to attractions and it was exactly what we wanted, THANK YOU for the great hospitality!!! As to the questions I answered less than perfect, we were there for location not amenities, so they didn't matter to us. As to the cleanliness, the issue was resolved immediately! Thankyou!
