This was undoubtedly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We always try to stay in Hampton Inns because we can count on being comfortable. We were very disappointed.

The Hampton Inn in Springfield, TN was a wonderful experience. The staff, room and morning breakfast was amazing. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Springfield and staying at the Hampton Inn!

Staff went over and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable. Responded to request quickly. Room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were hanging in the step in shower. Breakfast was much better than what is usually served at a hotel. Bacon, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, biscuits muffins, scones, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice. A person, not staying at the hotel, was found wondering around the 1st floor and was quickly removed from the premises. My guess is he thought he could sneak in for breakfast. From my understanding, he was spotted on the security cameras. It was nice to know that staff actually keep an eye in what is going on. Made us feel safer. Only negative is that rooms are only serviced every other day.

Great Stay

In town for a wedding. Only stayed one night but stay was nice. Very clean and updated room. Spoke with Millan before our arrival and she was very helpful and super friendly addressing our needs. Would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Inn.
