The hotel was close to dining and shopping, but also quiet. The pool on the rooftop was a great treat, and we enjoyed the use of the fitness room as well.

Was a little loud kids are just kids, they gave me a standard king instead of suite, but dome staff was excellent some were a little rude didn’t spend a lot of time inside so the conscience of area was nice

This hotel is in a charming downtown area, making it a pleasant place to stay. Sitting on the rooftop at night was wonderful. Very comfortable. Pool was pleasant and bar food had decent options. Room service did not clean the room in the 3 nights we stayed, they kept coming early (8am) and then not coming back. Really good location, felt very safe.

The room was clean and comfortable. In general, the property was clean and had good common areas, such as the pool, bar, etc. Parking rate was too expensive. Hotel costumers should have an special rate. Breakfast needs improvement. Little options and having just paper plates and plastic utensils made breakfast uncomfortable. Bad quality of egg products.

We loved this hotel - had a great rooftop pool, awesome staff, and was very clean. Area around the hotel was also really nice. Only downfall is taking a cab/Uber to Broadway while on vacation.

Mold and mildew on shower head!

booked this hotel to spend quality time with my family in Nashville, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, beware of hidden parking fees. We were told parking was $40 per day, but after my 3-day stay, I was shocked with a bill for $189. That’s misleading and dishonest. Second, the so-called “free” breakfast was awful. No scrambled eggs, just unappetizing, pre-made omelets that tasted stale. Not worth waking up for. The cleanliness was disgusting — our shower was covered in mold and mildew, and there were long blonde hairs all over the bathroom and floor, clearly from a previous guest. It was beyond unsanitary. To make matters worse, my 20-year-old son booked a room right next door, and his TV didn’t work the entire stay. We only found this out on the last day, but the fact that no one from the hotel checked or fixed it shows a complete lack of care for guests. This hotel is overpriced, dirty, and misleading. Save your money and book somewhere else.
