We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Our room was clean. I wish I would have caught the name of the lady who checked us in, she and all of the front desk staff were amazing. Any request we had (clean towels) was addressed immediately and with a smile. Breakfast and employees were also fantastic.

Had a great stay, first time in Nashville and the hotel had great hospitality. Roof top bar was exceptional. Walking distance to some dining options and grocery. Short uber drive to Broadway.

I liked the rooftop pool and lounge area. Nice view of a good piece of Nashville. Wasn't that fond of the breakfast being served. The eggs and the grits were kind of tasteless and that's something you don't expect from a hotel in the South.

This is a nice, new hotel located about 1 mile from Broadway. I chose this hotel because of the great location and reviews. Also, my husband has an electric car and wanted to be able to self park it in a covered garage, which this hotel has. Parking and payment is super easy. The rooftop bar was very nice with great views. The hotel also has a small but nice breakfast buffet that is included. The area itself, although right next to a highway, was not loud and was generally a newer area with a few restaurants, shops, and a grocery store very close by. We easily used electric scooters to get down and back to the Broadway area instead of paying three times as much for Uber.

Great place, argumentative desk lady

Really nice place! Beautiful rooftop, nice furniture for lounging in the lobby and breakfast, nice rooms! However, super rude lady at the desk! Louise was so sweet, but the other night lady was trying to start an argument! We booked two rooms and received complimentary water with one room, but our second room wasn’t ready for us until 5pm - didn’t even complain about waiting 2 hours, we told them no problem! So a little while later the kids were thirsty, so we went up to ask for complimentary water for our 2nd room. The lady acted like we were lieing, said she had given it to my husband. She was offended when I said “no he didn’t get any for the second room”. She was condescending and argumentative. Then she said “there isn’t a problem” in a passive aggressive way when clearly from her tone, facial expressions and words, it was a problem for her! We could’ve bought water, and did end up doing that, but I figured why not ask for the complimentary ones. Then she mumbled stuff under her breath as my husband and I left the desk. She just had to have the last word….over $.25 cent bottles of water!

Property was beautiful and great quiet location. Staff was very friendly. Check in was horrible- check in time was 3pm we did not get our room until 4:10. We had dinner reservations we payed for that we could not make due to getting into our room over an hour late and did not have time to get ready after our flight. I have never gotten to a hotel that I booked in advance and not been in my room within 15 minutes of the reservation time.
