The hotel has a great location, because is only 2 miles away from downtown. The breakfast was ok, the lady in the front desk was not very friendly, I asked her to change us rooms because ours was very far in the 5th floor and my husband has knee issues, first she said she couldn’t do it and at then end she did change us when someone else came in, one of the rooms one of my family members stayed at wS super hot the AC didn’t work, they complained and no one came to fix it, at the end they had to leave and the AC problem was never addressed

On the good side the price and location was great for us, breakfast/coffee was great. However, the ice machine and workout room was out of service. The rugs throughout the place are in need of replacing and the use of overpowering cleaner or spray was really strong and over powering. Place is in need of some TLC.

It is a great location and clean. The bed is comfortable. It could probably use an update for some of the furniture but the price was reasonable for what you got. I usually stay at the hotel every year for an annual event due to its convenience.
