If flying out of BNA this is the way to go. Leave your car parked for a fee and it was actually quiet.

This is a wonderful airport but if you have any kind of mobility issues, and I mean anything if you can't walk one mile or alternate between places constantly then call or ask at the ticket counter for mobility assistance! Trust me .. he's there for us and not for people that cannot walk that distance and sometimes, run. Open and close bags and walk through places taking your shoes off trust me they help you all the way through the process. If you have any cognitive issues such as attention deficit where you lose everything, don't be ashamed to admit that! If you don't ask for help, then nobody will see that you need it. My reviews are always partly about mobility access, and I just went through three cities back and forth in 5 days. Without the assistance of the disability and handicapped folks I would never ever have made flights, gotten through screening, following directions from busy TSA screening people. They were very nice though I can't say anything bad other than they took control of my baggage because that's what they do and I never saw it again that they took to bags one came back, but the big one with my laptop in it, they say it was never checked in at Austin Southwest airlines. That is incorrect. Baggage claim also said it was never checked. It was not reported as lost. That is not fair considering I did not have physical contact with that bag since the ticket counter. Anyways other than that it is a five-star mall and the Hilton was reasonable!

After arriving in Nashville at 2AM, we decided to stay at the Hilton BNA to rest before our drive the next day, the lobby can be a little confusing to locate that late at night, but the area is super safe and the customer service is top notch! It is also a very quiet area. Despite it being right at the airport, you do not hear any of the airport traffic or planes. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. I would give this place more thanks 5 stars if I could!

Hilton is supposed to be better than this.
It took 10 minutes for the water in the shower to reach WARM. The body soap dispencer in the shower was empty. The heater for the room must have been on a timer. The room temperature was 64 degrees F. I would turn up the thermostat and the heater would turn on for a few minutes then it would turn off and the temp would drift back to 64. The fawcet on the bathroom sink did extend out far enough to get more than a couple of my fingers under the water. That is a start. The two restaurants in the building were very sub par.
