My issue was with the missing body wash. The body wash that is provided in the large bottle along with shampoo and conditioner. It was missing. It is out of stock and on back order. Why would you not offer an alternative? A tiny $1 bottle of travel body wash?? I paid $309 for my 1 night stay. And you say sorry, we’re out? I just expected better service.
