The hotel staff was freindly and the checkin process was smooth. The hotel room was ceana nd quiet. I do wish that the valet parking which is the only option to park at this hotel wasn't $59 per night.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Close enough to walk to many places but also quiet at night. Location was easy to get to and allowed us quick access to the highways and driving around the surrounding areas.

I usually Hilton Hotels but service was a bit off at this one. Immediately upon arrival, the toilet could not be used and they had to come fix it. We had requested a king bed when I booked and got two doubles. I was told that the hotel was at capacity and I could not change. The shampoo was empty which I discovered on the second day. I requested that they refill when they clean the room. They cleaned the room but did not refill the shampoo. I would be hesitant to stay here again.

The check in was great, Debbie at the front desk was fabulous! Michelle the bartender at the hoppy restaurant and then she was bartending upstairs the next day and was ABSOLUTELY amazing!
