This hotel is convenient to Green Hills Shopping Mall, restaurants and our church in the village. Although we do venture away from the hotel during the day to Franklin sometimes, it is a great home base and a relaxing place with everything we need right there.

Very nice hotel, but poor customer service
I really wish, I could write a positive review about this hotel because I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very nice and the location was great. However, upon leaving the hotel, I discovered I was charged an additional 25 dollars for a “market” purchase. I have called 4 times since my stay over a month ago, explaining each time that I never purchased anything from the market area and I wasn’t even at the hotel the day the charge occurred except to sleep. Each time I have been told they are investigating the incident and they took my information. The last time they called me, I was told it could take over a month for the investigation to be complete because they need to go through all the receipts for that day, when the previous call I was told the manager would call me and they would have the result by the end of the weekend (this was already two weeks after my stay by this point). Now over a month after I checked out, I have still not received a call or a refund for the amount I was wrongfully charged.

I never stay at this hotel. I called the hotel before stay to ask the parking charge. They said they will wave the fee and no charge. But I was charged and I called the front desk. She was very rude and she kept telling they charge it. She even never asked me who it was. The toilet flushing was also bad.
