The only thing that could have been better is if there was a hot tub. The staff couldn't have been nicer! Shout out to Marco (tech), Sean (golf cart), the baggage room guys, the valet girl (blonde from vermont) boy (NY)......the gentlemen from Chicago that welcomed us Monday.....really everyone we worked with! Fun, fun, fun time in Nashville! Thanks!

I stayed at this location for a conference that was at another hotel. The price was much better, the location was very convenient to my conference as well as walkable to Broadway. The onsite parking was very much appreciated too. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and the Bodega was convenient and very good as well.

Excellent customer service. Room was surprisingly large and nice. I just don’t understand why we pay such a high price and the hotels don’t clean your room daily - it’s ridiculous. If you are not going to clean the rooms & change the sheets everyday then lower your price. I shouldn’t have to hunt down the maid to get fresh towels
