Was good last year, but not anymore
Glad me and my family was there only for 1 night. Last year when we stayed it was great which is why we booked it again. The lady who checked us in was super nice, the man who checked us out was polite, but hard to understand. Our room was next to the elevator, but it was nice and quiet. The shade needs to be changed, when the sun came up there were holes all in the shade so sunlight was coming in the room The beds were hard, the pillows so soft, using 2 flattened all the way down so our heads were on the mattress. The thermostat on the wall did not control the ac/heat, you had to change it manually on the unit itself. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, looked like mold inside it. Breakfast was not good. Pancakes were, but everything else was not and it was all cold. Luckily there was some fresh fruit, apples, bananas, and oranges. And on top of this the indoor pool was closed which was one of the other reasons i booked this hotel. Will be searching for a different one in the future

Outstanding Breakfast!
Amazing front desk staff! They were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in great shape. The workout room was adequate. But the over-the-top reason to stay here is for the breakfast!! It was INCREDIBLE. A lot of variety and Melissa takes personal care to make sure you are taken care of.

Great stay all and all. We did however have a room that had no working fan in the bathroom, and the bath tub faucet had a bad leak. Other than that, the room was clean, and staff was friendly.

This was a last minute booking after a long drive that ended with an hour of bumper to bumper to go 14 miles. Staff super friendly, was going to use indoor pool but fell asleep the minute I laid down on super comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing.

Great place to stay with excellent service, rooms and location. Only hiccup was we forgot about the hotel was in a different time zone and arrived about one hour early. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 1: 48 pm and ask if early check in was a possibility. The clerk on duty checked room availability and said it was no problem. Check in was quick and easy and our stay was excellent. On check out the next morning I found out we were charged $30 for early check in. Had this been explained to us we would have went to eat and killed time until 3 pm. After 30 years in the military, 27 years in civil service and moving 13 times, staying in hundreds of motels/hotels for various reasons this is the first time I have ever been charged and early check in fee.
