Maid woke us up at 9 am & claimed it was check out time and we needed to get out of the room! Check out time is clearly posted as 11 am!!! We reported it to the front deskthey apologized & said they would tell management. Besides that the room was nice & we would definitely stay again!

There was nothing special about this property. Staff wasn't necessarily rude but also not particularly friendly when we first arrived. Elevators had nothing but issues the whole time we were there. Only thing I would say was above average was the comfort of the beds.

Personnel staff was very nice, friendly, courteous & helpful with questions-directions we had. Enjoyed breakfast & coffee daily, area very clean, staff workers very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms need a little attention (painting etc). Only issue, they have a small store, very expensive to purchase drinks, chips, beer etc., their small bottle of water is $5 tax for 1- 16 oz bottle, this is beyond ridiculous. Take your personal water bottle & refill at their gym area for free!

I did reserve a 1 king bed room but when I checked in, they didn’t say anything just gave me keys. When I got to my room it was 2 doubles. When I asked about my reservation, they couldn’t change it because we had washed our hands and there was no maid staff on duty to change rooms. If you are looking for a pool..this is not a place it was half empty and green. I had a lovely view lol

The staff was very friendly but there was no hot water, took forever to get things in the room replaced that we wanted and called down for, the partying at all hours of the night by other guests wasn’t handled, the constant water on the floor from the rain is understandable but never cleaned up so you’re slipping everywhere. We told there’d be coffee available all the time but never was. Rarely people at the front desk to answer questions. The tv in the room was constantly losing signal. Our sink wouldn’t drain. Wouldn’t go back that’s for sure. Pretty disappointed especially with the amount of money we spent on this hotel for 4 nights stay.

The location is amazing. The staff was friendly and responsive. The property itself is a bit run down and the pool was closed. The lobby is filled with the smell of disinfectant which was unpleasant but clean. Our room got housekeeping half the time we were there. We had to go to the lobby once for towels and once for TP. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff kept it clean. The location is unbeatable. It is walking distance from Broadway. Once you go there you will just be glad to have a place nearby to call home. I would definitely stay again.

We would randomly have no hot water. Our floor was damp, which made the room smell horribly musty. It took over 2 hours to get towels since houskeeping forgot to leave us some. They never emptied our garbage.

Good spot, very walkable to downtown. Whole Foods store just a short walk in other direction. We did have to flag down housekeeper two different days for clean towels, one day had to call them. Better than average breakfast for this chain. We did not have a vehicle to park but it’s like $55/night if you do. All staff we encountered were very accommodating.
