I called and asked for them to come fix the a/c it was making a loud ringing noise they never came. They never cleaned our room during our stay and had to request clean towels multiple times the shower curtain were torn and dirty

Lobby was nice and spacious. Had a reception from 4-6 with food and music was a nice touch. Gym was well stocked and spacious. Close enough to all the activities in Nashville but far enough away so one could get rest without the noise.

The hotel in the lobby was very nice. The rooms were clean but very old. The beds were terrible. The mattresses haven't been changed in. The depressions where so bad you have to sleep around them. I don't remember ever having to such and unpleasant nights sleep. The staff was nice but really need to upgrade the rooms. 605 mattress in both beds were the worse.

The room was clean. We only had two towels which is not ideal, but was fine. The bathtub didn’t drain, if we’d been there more than one night we would have needed that fixed, but I reported it when we checked out - didn’t discover it until the morning of our departure. Was impressed by the free happy hour appetizers and breakfast.

Our checkin was seamless and we had the kindest staff member. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I was amazed with the workers in the breakfast area clearing tables. The free breakfast was such a perk and totally worth it with the prices of meals in the area. Our room was even cleaned by the time we got back from breakfast. Our only complaint was having to walk the big hill from downtown, but totally worth the price and services at the hotel.
