Almost perfect.

The hotel overall was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, clean and well stocked. I appreciated the styling, the multiple usb ports, and sensors on the lights. The bed was also comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The only reason this was not a 5 star review was because there was very little water pressure. Which over-all was a minor inconvenience in a nice stop-over.

Hilton has gone downhill

Hilton has gone downhill big time. First Ramon was the bathroom. They were cockroaches on the floor. The baseboard around the room and in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, leaving giant gaps for spiders and cobwebs TV had stains all down. The screen couldn’t tell from what almost afraid to know. Wi-Fi was going in and out consistently over six days At one point on the fifth day, somebody knocked on the door and decided to let themselves in. I was half dressed and they yelled that they were the AC maintenance and that they had to be let in. I waited for them to come back 30 minutes later and as I was trying to leave for dinner, a gentleman yelled at me from down the hall and said that I had to let him in into my hotel room. Guy looks sketchy

The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean—both inside and out. I'm not sure when it opened, but everything looked brand new. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, fast food spots, Target, and other shopping options. I typically don't choose Holiday Inn hotels, but I would absolutely pick this location over any other hotel in the area. Highly recommended!
