It’s a 4-star hotel that uses a parking lot with no cameras. They charge $67 a day for the parking fee. Plus you will have to tip the valet guy. And they charge a $24 destination fee plus your nightly rate. My car was broken into the night I stayed. Not only mine but 8 other guests at that hotel. Asked about cameras and there were no cameras. They did refund my parking fee, but this caused disruption with my travel plans. Asked for a refund for my 1 night stay and was denied a refund. Will not stay at this hotel again. Even though it was a great hotel. I did not like how they handled this situation. If I’m staying at a 4-star hotel I would like to know that my car is safe.

This is a great place to stay right at the top of the Broadway strip, and just far enough to not be right on top of it. Walkable to everything and the staff was great, from the front desk to the bell hops at the door

This was a perfect location to walk to the downtown sights. The room was updated and very clean, and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there on a return trip to Nashville.

The area is great and staff were fantastic. Thought the theme and decor were unique. Overall experience was wonderful,clean and updated. Pricey, but would stay again just for the staff members and valet service. Excellent location, walking anywhere is easy and convenient. Thanks guys for the stay.

Great hotel, great location (3-5 minute walk from Broadway St and the bars), cool vibe, nice people, 10/10 experience (both times I stayed there). NOT AFFILIATED with the hotel is the parking directly across the street. HUGE RIPOFF. Would not park there. Park at the Library, which is a half block away. It's approx 1/3 of the price as the Metropolis lot(s).

The greeting staff were AWEFUL. The woman who helped us check in was nothing shy of awful. She had NO idea of what she was doing and should not be in this type of industry. Period. She was condescending and opinionated. The last thing you need after travelling. Sadly the staff in general was not particularly helpful. Our bellman asked us when our room will be ready. He was impatient and left us with our luggage to deal with on our own. Not so great when there are 6 steps to enter the hotel. No one held doors. Generally just a terrible experience.
