Enjoyed my stay - the staff were very polite and the valet was incredible. We never touched a bag , the valet service handled taken all of our bag's to the front desk. Very convenient to walk Broadway. I will book here next time I’m in Nashville

Our reservation was for a 2-day stay, and they were not able to accommodate the reservation the first night. They sent us to The Holiday Inn for the first night, then we had to go back to Holston House for second night. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. They could have called or reached out to us in advance.

We booked this hotel to go to a concert nearby. It turns out it was only two blocks away and super convenient to walk to tons in the area. The location is fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was seamless. They even had welcome cocktails upon our arrival. (They do this at happy hour.) Rooms themselves feel like they could use a bit of a facelift, but everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend Holston House and would stay there again.

Just stayed at this hotel and loved every aspect of this hotel, Except the mattress. We stay Thursday-Monday and every morning waking up my Husband and i’s body were sore as if we worked out the day before it would take all day for the soreness to go away but then we had to lay in it again. If they could update the mattresses I’d give them 5 stars.

Great little hotel in Nashville. Entrance is underwhelming and there are stairs up to the lobby if that’s an issue. Just off Broadway a few blocks from the action. Feels a bit unsafe at night as there isn’t much else in the immediate vicinity but it’s not far from Broadway and there were people walking on Broadway. Room was spacious and looks like it was recently renovated. Bathroom door is a barn door type door so doesn’t close all the way. Staff were lovely and helpful. Did not eat at the restaurant. I would recommend.
