The location was perfect. The breakfast was good. The rooms (we stayed in two) needed some work, i.e. plugged drains, towel hangers pulled from wall, blinds didn't open or close properly. Parking was off-the-charts expensive.

Queen size bed is actually a twin bed size. Fridge and air conditioning unit were both too noisy. Downtown location is great, but a lot of noise from street level. Buffet breakfast was great. Staff were great.

I only gave it a terrible rating because our truck was one of 4 that was broken into on the same night. We did valet parking, which is through a third party service. The hotel needs put up cameras and do more to protect guest property. Hotel and service was nice but will never stay here again.
