There was a small leak in our room due to intense rainfall. They immediately moved us and maintenance was there within 10 minutes of our call. Beautiful facility and great location, especially to Vanderbilt university and centennial hospital. Staying again later this week.

This location is ideal for a quieter evening but yet close to restaurants. The check in could use someone who is more informative and welcoming; also, there is no “dry” place for pups to go to the bathroom while it is raining. The hit breakfast is pretty good and the check out person was friendly and helpful. My husband & I couldn’t eat together because we had our dog with us and the policy doesn’t allow a place where we could eat together.
