The shuttle drop off to the downtown area was great feature. They will pick you up from a drop off point as well to shuttle you back, until 11 pm. The hot breakfast was excellent. Has a few restaurants beside it, which was nice. They have a small convenience store- which was also good. My only thing would be that there was no in room safe, I was not comfortable giving my passport to the front desk- I would have preferred the in room safe to store passports, money tablets etc. but a good hotel- we stayed for a week and I would stay again. We had a suite which has a separate kitchen, dining / living room from the two queen beds and bathroom.

Convenient location for easy access to downtown as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Parking garage (self-parking option) was also easily accessible for quick in and out throughout the day. Kitchenette was not stocked well with basic necessities (no kettle, no bowls) which was a negative.

Property is fine, our room could use a few updates. The bathroom shower door handles were banging into each other. The shower handle was loose. Several lightbulbs were out. The lamp shades, next to the bed, were sitting crooked or broke. The 2nd tv remote did not work so we used the other. And the pillows on the couch were starting to rip apart. I know this is a lot of little things but despite these things, the room was nice.

The pool was amazing, my son and I loved it. The room was super clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The valets were quick and nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
