This was our second stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel location is perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at Ella’s was incredible and the drinks from the pool bar were delicious. The only drawback and it was minor is the doors close extremely loudly and can be a problem at night.

When we arrived, at 6 am, our reception was excellent. Kind and friendly people all over HCD. Then we walked into our room and it was nothing short of adorable! Vibrant colours and all the right features; particularly the phone charging stations and lots of towels hooks. I loved the soap, the housecoats and the sheets. And the view. The proximity to all amenities was perfect; grocery store, restautants, museums and the Broadway fun! Will be back! Thank you Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful if you had questions. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Your vehicle is parked in a garage so it's nice and safe. I love that it was only a few minutes walk to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a slight buzzing noise that when it gets quiet and you’re a light sleeper…. It will keep you up. The hotel was kind enough to move us, but the next room had the same thing. FYI - unfortunately the homeless population around the area can make you feel uncomfortable at time, especially if you have kids with you. But again it’s a big city, so that’s going to occur. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Other than that, the hotel decor and staff is amazing. Their pillows are actually good too lol.

Nice stay in Nashville
Very well located, 3 blocks from Broadway, and all the bars. Free water in the room, coffee too. Nice pool on 9th floor. Pancake pantry right next door. I didn't try the in house restaurant.
